Luxury Studio in Victoria, 7 minutes walk to Victoria Station, Room 4

The location is great. Although a small studio there was everything you could want from a hotel stay, perfect for 1-2 people

The shower leaked a little when on however I put a towel down and I'm sure this is something they will easily fix

The room was clean – including the sheets, floors, and kitchen appliances such as the toaster and microwave. The dishes and glasses were also clean. The girl who was staying there and cleaning the place was very nice and helpful. The owner also kindly allowed us to check in about 1.5 hours earlier than the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.

There were several maintenance issues in the room. The plastic floor of the shower cabin had a crack, and there was mold around the base of the shower. Some lamps and wall paintings were hanging crooked. The bedside table was unstable and the tabletop kept falling off together with everything placed on it. The mirror was also hanging crookedly on just one screw because the other one had come loose. As I was staying with a 13-year-old child, it was inconvenient that there was only one small blanket available.

A janela do quarto não trancava, não nos sentíamos seguras porque quem estivesse no pátio conseguia ter acesso ao nosso quarto. Difícil manuseamento para controlar a temperatura da água do banho e extravasamento de água após cada duche.
