The flat is really nice, spacious and clean. The location is amazing.

There is NO BALCONY! The name of the apartment is "Modern flat with the balcony" and when I booked there were not two options, but when we came we learned they have two flats one with and one without balcony, it was a disappointment since we booked it because of the balcony. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable, it needs to be changed.

The location is great. Just 5min walk from Victoria station, 15min walk to Buckingham palace, nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. The apartment faces the courtyard (which is really ugly with a kind of commercial building next to it), so you don't hear that much traffic noise from the street. It was quite clean, so that was ok. The key is in a keybox at the door, you get the code, it's easy to enter. That's what deserves the 5/10 points, unfortunately other things were not good:

There are 2 apartments, not 1. "Suite" on 1st floor, "apartment" on 2nd floor. Only the flat on the 2nd floor has a balcony! The ad does not explain that properly, the pictures are not that clear. Only when you enter a date where both are still available can you see that there are 2 flats and only the apartment has the balcony. When one is already booked, you only see the other. We only saw the suite and were very disappointed when there was no balcony. Both even cost the same; same price for the tiny suite with no balcony is inappropriate. We clearly booked for 2 adults and 2 teens, but the flat only had 3 forks, 3 water glasses and we only got 3 towels. Only 2 blankets on the beds. We reported it immediately and only got the missing stuff 2 days later, the night before we were already leaving. The suite is tiny. The size of the kitchen is good, the important stuff is there, but there is no proper table to eat at, only a small desk. One of the pictures shows it in the middle of the room with 2 chairs, but when both sofas are converted to beds, there is not enough space to put it anywhere else than close to the wall. And 4 people couldn’t sit around it anyway, because there aren’t 4 chairs, only 1 desk chair and 2 lounge chairs (with cigarette burn holes). We once brought take-out and sat on the beds, after that we only ate outside. If you want to cook meals, be aware of that. Both „beds“ are convertible sofas. One 1.4 meters wide, the other 1.2 meters. Both only 1.8 meters long. Both were uncomfortable, especially the smaller one, and the matress of the bigger one is a bit longer than the base and so not fully stable. Maintenance seems really bad. The kitchen faucet was very loose, same with the towel rail in the bathroom. One of the floor bars in the kitchen was also loose. How do you not see these things while cleaning? We get it that London is expensive and you pay a lot for such a good central location.
