I would only have liked to know that I didn’t have the complete address before panicking when we arrived and didn’t know the apartment number.

Location was excellent (central to London). Accommodation was clean and reasonably comfortable.

Beds were not very comfortable. Insufficient towels for 4 people x 2 weeks. Decor looked a bit like a charity shop (mismatched). Not enough drying facilities or drying racks. Kitchen was reasonable but the 1 frying pan was huge and took most of the cooking rings so you can only cook one item at a time. Most importantly bathroom was not suitable for an elderly person. High climb into the bath to access the shower and only a hook catch on the door (if there had been a fall it would have been necessary to break the door down).
