Milan Retreats Porta Venezia Suites

Très bon séjour à Milan ! L’établissement est très bien placé, la chambre était propre, agréable et conforme à nos attentes. Le personnel était très gentil et répondait rapidement à nos messages.

Seul petit bémol: nous entendions parfois les personnes des autres appartements parler fort dans les couloirs. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Rommet og badet var veldig rent og fint, og så nytt ut. Rommet hadde en god seng, kaffemaskin og kaffekapsler, vannkoker, tv, kjøleskap og strykejern. Badet hadde en deilig dusj, badeprodukter og også ett sett med tannbørste og tannkrem til hver. Overnattingssted har en god beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og den sentrale togstasjonen. Det er flere gode spisesteder i nærheten. Vår vert, Daniele, var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Vi fikk god informasjon om hvordan vi skulle låse oss inn første gang. Vi ble fulgt opp og kunne spørre ham om det vi lurte på under oppholdet, og han svarte raskt. Et fantastisk opphold!

La habitación, la limpieza, la decoración y la comodidad de la cama

The location of the apartments are great, metro station is just a few minutes, Duomo and Milano Centrale are in walkable distances. Check-in was easy, well documented by the owner, we were even sent a video on the hows and wheres. The owner checked-in every day with us. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was provided along with a hairdryer.

The room itself with the bed was really small, there was no space for lugagges and bags. There were no tables, only a chair to put our stuff on. There are 3 apartments in the same flat space, and unfortunately you can hear the people in the other apartments talk, shower and flush their toilet. You can also hear others coming and going in the corridor just like they were next to you in your room, as there was a big gap between the door and the floor/ceiling. Generally, we felt like there was no noise insulation, which made us feel very little privacy. The windows opened to a space within 3 meters from the neighbour’s, which did not allow any natural light or fresh air come in. A pair of slippers would have been nice to have.
