    Fantastic location at the start of Corso Buenos Aires, with Porta Venezia metro station just 50 meters away. It’s about a 20–30 minute walk to the Duomo. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the nearby parking garage (around 300 meters away) felt very secure. There are plenty of restaurants and fast-food places close to the hotel.

    This hotel needs a total refurbishment .Very old fashioned hotel the breakfast was basic to say the least. Our window facef the inside of a courtyard and was bery noisy .

    It was a terrible experience . I left my luggage at the reception and when I got home my jewellery was missing from my hand luggage. The staff including the manager were very unprofessional. In stead of being professional, the manager also refused to speak English despite being a 4 star hotel and insisted on me speaking Italian despite not being fluent in the language. To make it worse, the manager shouted at me and accused me of things I have not said and cut the line. I also corresponded through e-mail if they would investigate however did not receive a reply. It was a terrible experience compared to any experiences I had before in other hotels as never came across anything going missing in luggage when leaving it at the reception. I was asked to make a report which I did and am still waiting for correspondence.
