We stayed at AXYHOTELS InnStyle Milano as a couple, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and we truly enjoyed our stay. One standout feature was the lounge area in front of the reception, where all drinks—including beer and wine—were offered unlimited and free of charge. This is something you rarely see in most hotels across Europe, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel relaxed and welcome throughout our stay. There is one point I would like to mention. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced a family emergency—my wife’s uncle passed away, and we had to leave the hotel one night earlier than planned to return to Turkey. We explained the situation to the staff and asked whether a refund for the last night would be possible. Unfortunately, our request was declined. While I understand that such refunds may create additional costs for the business, I believe that in such exceptional circumstances, a more flexible or compassionate approach could be considered. Even if a full refund is not possible, offering a partial refund or a future discount for a later stay could be a thoughtful gesture. Aside from this situation, we were very satisfied with both the staff and the facilities. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would still recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly suprised with everything that was included with our booking. -great friendly welcome by Nicolo at check-in (politely answering all our questions, restaurants recommendation & informing us of all the amenities) -superb service by Albert , helping us with our luggages and providing us with drinks and snacks just as we were waiting for our check in. -Room was practically brand new (2yrs old), spotless, fridge full of complimentary drinks and snacks and washroom with all the toiletries you would ever need & rain shower head! -complimentary Aperitivo with wine and light snacks served by Tresha who was exemplanary and constantly checking on us. -check out was also great. we stored our luggages all day to see the city and came back to pick them up and we were greeted kindly again and offered us drinks and snacks. We would definitely give a 5 star for everything and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks a lot!
