    The room reeked of disinfectant on entry. Why? Because the toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor, would not flush ultimately, the shower enclosure was broken and the shower base was filthy. The remote was filthy, neither the safe nor the internet worked and we gave up on the TV as we were so repulsed by the remote. Major Milan rip-off.

    The hotel is very good, with an excellent location and friendly staff. However, it is more of an apartment than a hotel. Also, the location of the solo travel rooms in the reception is not very comfortable, especially for women. Overall, it’s a very good hotel the main concern is the room location.
