The interior of the property is immaculate and the decor is stunning. There is lots of space including two washrooms (one with shower) a full living room and kitchen. Everything looks brand new and all appliances are fully functional. The Owner has done a tremendous job in decorating this property, and despite limited windows and natural light, the unit is very bright, colourful and spacious. My wife and I stayed for four nights, and whenever we returned from long hours of sightseeing in a city as hectic as Palermo, we smiled every time we entered this unit. This property should be considered the benchmark for all other property owners/hosts that truly wish to provide value for their clients. Bravo !

The lack of parking outside the property. With so much traffic, there was never an opportunity to take advantage of parking on the street outside the property. Our host directed us to a secure private parking area about a 5 minute walk from our property, which cost us 15 euros per day.

Die Unterkunft war gepflegt, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben Kaffee, kleine Süßigkeiten sowie eine Flasche Wasser zum Empfang bekommen, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Leider hatten wir eine Begegnung mit einer riesengroßen Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Dies haben wir unserer Gastgeberin auch gemeldet. Sie sagte allerdings, dass dies bei der Hitze vorkommen kann, und änderte nichts an der Situation beziehungsweise kam uns auch nicht entgegen. Wir haben diese dann selber entfernt, haben allerdings trotzdem neue Handtücher von unserer Gastgeberin erhalten.

Tsja er was werkelijk niets om aan te merken op deze accommodatie. Schoon, ruim en mooi ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een waanzinnige douche. Bed lag fantastisch. Communicatie met de eigenaar was super en ondanks dat het iets verder van het centrum af ligt is het makkelijk te bereiken met de bus of elektrische step.

Dat we maar een nacht geboekt hadden 😅
