Outdoors and swimming pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by 3500 m2 of completely fenced garden, mostly lawn with trees and bushes, equipped for time outdoors with a barbecue and ping pong table. A shaded loggia, furnished with table and chairs, is located immediately outside the kitchen door and is ideal for outdoor dinners. The rectangular swimming pool with infinity edge measures 6x12 with a depth of 1.4 metres. It is located in a sunny position in front of the villa and it is furnished with an outdoor shower, umbrellas, sun loungers and tables for aperitifs at sunset. The farmhouse is divided into two apartments that do not communicate internally.
The larger apartment (6 sleeping places) is accessed from the ground floor through the loggia. It is composed of a living room with sofas, satellite TV and decorative fireplace, a large kitchen/dining room (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (the beds can be divided), 1 full bathroom with bathtub.
The smaller apartment (3 sleeping places) is accessed from the ground floor. It is composed of a living room with satellite TV, single sofa bed, a kitchen corner (fridge, hob, kettle, American coffee), a bathroom with shower (no bidet). Connected by a staircase there is a mezzanine with a double bed.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating.

Location
Casale La Peschiera is located in a quiet position, not far from the town of Monteguidi in the municipality of Casole d'Elsa. The surrounding countryside offers a breathtaking view of cultivated fields, olive groves and woods.

While being in the countryside, thanks to its position there are numerous activities that the surrounding area can offer: nature reserves, castles, the ancient medieval town of Casole d'Elsa located 15 minutes from the farmhouse, but also the most interesting art cities and all areas of Chianti. Possible tours and tastings in the local farms and cellars. The sea can be reached within 1,15 hour by car.
10 km Casole d'Elsa (food shops, bars, restaurants), 23 km Colle Di Val d'Elsa (all kinds of shops and supermarket), 33 km San Gimignano and Volterra, 40 km Siena, 73 km Florence.
