Tuscan Charm with a Poolside Escape

Rustic Tuscan charm characterises this spacious living area, where exposed wooden beams and a traditional brick ceiling immediately catch the eye. The dining table forms the centrepiece of the room, creating a convivial atmosphere for leisurely meals, whilst comfortable seating provides inviting retreats for quieter moments. Tall windows and an open door let in plenty of natural light and connect the interior with the natural surroundings. A swimming pool adds another dimension to relaxing days at the property. The property is situated in the heart of the Alta Val di Cecina Nature Reserve, which offers numerous opportunities for walks along signposted trails that pass by historic sites. Around Volterra, the landscape reveals its classic Tuscan character: rolling hills, olive groves and historic villages invite you to explore them. Stroll through Volterra’s atmospheric medieval streets, discover the town’s remarkable Etruscan heritage and stop off at local restaurants to enjoy regional dishes and wines. San Gimignano, with its characteristic medieval towers, is a worthwhile destination, whilst the surrounding countryside is ideal for picturesque drives, walks and visits to small villages where rural Tuscan traditions remain part of everyday life to this day.
