Fonti di Santa Lucia is a beautiful farmhouse located in the middle of olive groves and vineyards just outside the hamlet of "Santa Lucia".
Immersed in silence and in a unique panoramic position, from here you can admire the splendid towers of nearby San Gimignano and sweep your gaze from Chianti to the hills near Florence.
It is a typical Tuscan house completely renovated with period materials and furnishings
The double rooms all have their own bathroom. Each room has its own independent heating and air conditioning. A large living room of about 70 square meters houses a large dining room for 10 people, sofas and TV and an open kitchen. iN In high season check in and check out on Saturday

Location was perfect with breathtaking views of San Gimignano and surrounding area. Close proximity to Siena, Florence and many other towns. Plenty of room in the villa for our group of 5 people. You definitely need to rent a car to be able to get around.

We loved our stay here! The home is beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. We also picked it for the view/location, which is fabulous; my favorite aspect of the home was sitting outside in the morning, listening to the birds and watching the light shift. The host was very friendly and helpful; he gave us excellent recommendations for local meals and sites that we would have missed without him. Highly recommended.

The house has a beautiful private position. The white road was manageable if driven with care. The house is very well cared for, has a lot of character and atmosphere and has everything you need to relax and enjoy a fantastic Tuscan view. Internal stairs a little tricky for old people. Big pool. Warning: when you use the airconditioning, remember to switch off the central switch next to the compressor whenever you can, because you will be charged by the hour! Please check details with the owner.
