Amazing location (30 minute walk from San Gimignano), very peaceful, luxurious rooms seem very new and clean. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of options.

Comfy bed and luxury bathroom. Well cleaned room.
The Breakfast was poor quality, we didnt have 2 out of 3 meals. It didnt state clearly in the description that the Breakfast and pool were in the connected Hotel.
