San Gimignano Town Garden is a one in a million apartment characterized by a central location and wide internal spaces, including a gorgeous green and relaxing garden.
The building was freshly renovated.
The entrance of San Gimignano Town Garden is at street level.
Once entered, the door to the left will lead our guests to the ample, beautiful living room with vaulted ceilings and a very peculiar well, protected by a thick glass.
Thanks to the wide glass doors from which the garden is accessed, the living room benefits from a smooth natural light throughout the day.
In the furnished garden, a nice awning guarantees the right proportion of sun and shadow.
Since the whole ground floor area was thought and designed as a chill out zone to be enjoyed by all the guests together, it features a big table with chairs, two sofas, a big tv, an equipped kitchen and a guest bath.
Two double bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms with shower are at the first floor.
One of the bedrooms also features a nice panoramic terrace with table and chairs for four people.
On this same floor, an equipped kitchen is also at guests\' disposal.
The same layout is repeated on the second floor, which hosts two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and another equipped kitchen.

Excellent property, centrally located. Large living area that did get a little hot in the daytime and could do with air con. Bedrooms and ensuits were excellent. Location is superb just a short walk from bars and restaurants. Car parking was 74 euros for the week in the nearest long stay. When we had trouble with the air con in the bedrooms the owner responded immediately and an engineer called and fixed the problem. Kitchen is small but equipped reasonable well. Lovely garden with views over the countryside.
