The property was just charming, it reminded me of the movie "Under the Tuscan Sun". It consists of renovated buildings located at the top of a hill with beautiful vistas. There are many outdoor sittings areas to enjoy as well as a large, lovely pool.
Comfortable rooms that open up to an outdoor patios. Includes small kitchen that allows for meal making if desired.
Good breakfast each morning and a delicious dinner available each night with two choices and different menu daily. On warm evenings it’s served al fresco.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The last few kilometers are on very dark, narrow, curvy lanes, so we didn’t didn't drive at night.

Posizione ottima immerso nelle colline senesi, un appartamento delizioso con tutti i comfort necessari anche soprattutto con una bimba di solo 2 mesi! Tutto il team davvero gentile e disponibile, cena ottima all’interno e anche le colazioni! Cordialità e professionalità da 10 stelle, ci rivediamo a giugno con la piscina!

It is a family run bed and breakfast located on top of a hill with beautiful view. You need to drive a few kilometers in the middle of forrest with sharp turns to reach to the place which was not an issue for us, but might not be convenient to drive at night for some people.
We visited in September and the weather was was too cold for using the swimming pool, and the spa was under maintenance, so we could not use the facilities at all.
The restaurant offers daily menu which you need to book in advance. The food is basic and I think it is over-priced. I recommend driving to the town nearby and have much better quality food.
Breakfast was not included in the price, but they offer breakfast for 10€ per person.
We had a two bedroom appartement. The kitchen was very basic, the couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and TV was smaller than my laptop screen. The strong sewage smell from the bathroom was also very annoying.
