This accommodation should not be listed on Booking.com. The level of incompetence and lack of responsibility is shocking. From the start, there was ZERO support. Their only obsession was a desperate €500 deposit, which I paid immediately. Despite this, they kept claiming they hadn’t received it and refused to let us check in. They sent the wrong access code, then blamed us for their mistake. As a result, we were left standing outside for over TWO HOURS in the rain with THREE CHILDREN, soaked, exhausted, and completely abandoned. Calls were ignored, messages unanswered, and at some point they started actively declining our calls. This is beyond unacceptable. Only much later did they finally send the correct code and let us in — no apology, no explanation, nothing. Inside, the nightmare continued. Electricity kept cutting out, breakers and fuses constantly failing. Again, we tried to contact them. Again: no answer, no help, no support. Instead of fixing anything, they were quick to warn us about extra electricity charges. Incredible. They also never clearly explained how or when the €500 deposit would be returned. Days passed with no refund and no communication. The stress and uncertainty were completely unnecessary and unacceptable. At the time of writing, the deposit is still not returned. The check-in process is absurdly complicated — multiple streets, several different access codes, zero guidance, and incorrect instructions. The location is terrible, felt unsafe, and absolutely not suitable for families. This was the opposite of a relaxing Paris stay. Do not trust this accommodation. It is disorganized, unprofessional, stressful, and risky. If you value your time, safety, money, and peace of mind, stay somewhere else.

The accommodation is spacious. Deposit amount was refunded by the facility management within 4 days of checkout.

The glass partitions in the bathroom are fragile. Wardrobe doors were janmed and couldn't open fully.

Leider Enttäuschung

Die Lage war sehr gut, da wir ein Konzert in Stade de France gebucht haben(ca. 15min zu Fuß).

Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll! Positiv: Kaution ist direkt nach 3-4 Tagen überwiesen worden, es gab keine Probleme. Negativ: Sauberkeit kenn hier keiner. Fremde Haare in den Waschbecken, Touletten nixht sauebr! Toilettenpapier "Reste", d.h. Reste von den anderen Gästen 4 dünne rollen. Schimmel im Flur, kaputte Jalousien und Schränke, schmutzige und verklebte Heizung, Bettwäsche mit Flecken und sichtbaren Krümeln, in einem Schlafzimmer löcher in der Wand. Ich kann so weiter und weiter aufzählen... Wir waren schokiert. Ich habe zwar vorher gelesen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht so gut ist. Ich wollte aber meine eigene Meinung bilden, weil jeder eine andere Wahrnehmung hat, und ich schon öfters positiv überrascht wurde. Leider nicht bei diesem Fall. Ich denke die Besitzer haben aufgeräumt, der Boden war frisch gewaschen, man hat es gesehen(war ja noch feucht). Aber ich bin der Meinung, die besitzer sollen sich intensiver mit Hygiene, Sauberkeit und gutem Gewissen gegenüber den Gästen sich auseinander setzen. Ich hätte mich geschämt, eine Wohnung in diesem Zustand an andere zu vermieten,nicht mit meinem Gewissen!!!. Es geht hier nicht um Luxus, es geht um Hygiene. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit kopfkino, was leider normal ist. Wir haben was anderes erwartet, wir sollten zwei Nächte dort bleiben sind direkt am nächsten Tag abgereist. Tipp liebe Besitze bevor Sie es weiter vermieten: bitte vorher führen Sie Reparaturen durch, beseitigen Sie Schimmel im Flur und in der Dusche ( mit dem Chlor kann man gut entfernen!), Bettwäsche ordentlich waschen/lagern am besten neue kaufen!

Wir fahren gerne wieder hin.

Die Unterkunft war sozusagen “mitten im Leben”, also in einem Viertel mit Menschen aus verschiedensten Ländern der Welt. Wir lieben das. Die Unterkunft war sehr nahe am Stade de France, was für uns toll war, da wir dort ein Konzert besuchten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, jedoch etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Hausbewohner waren sehr freundlich, und wir haben uns immer nett gegrüßt. Auch war die Siedlung - obwohl viele Kinder dort wohnen - ziemlich ruhig. Die Anleitung zum Zugang zur Wohnung und Garage wurde uns mit einem Video deutlich erklärt. Danke dafür. Schade, dass der Garten nicht so gepflegt war, eigentlich war er sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und damit die Erreichbarkeit zum touristischen Viertel war auch gut. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin!

Logement délabré et problème pour récupérer la caution.

La proximité du Stade de France et la cuisine.

Je n'ai pas aimé : - la caution de 500 euros n'a été restituée qu'au bout de 13 jours après de longues démarches et la mise en demeure de Booking.com, - le volet roulant d'une des chambres cassé et dont le coffre m'est tombé sur la tête, - Les chaises délabrées (barreaux manquants, branlantes,...), - Les appliques cassées ou délabrées, - des détritus sur la terrasse et au fond de la place de parking.

Logement très bien mais communication à revoir !

Les explications pour trouver les clés sont précises et fiables. Le logement est bien équipé et calme. Il est très bien placé.

Nous avons été prévenus après notre entrée dans les lieux qu'une désinfection de l'immeuble était prévue le lendemain de notre arrivée à 8H !! Nous avons été harcelés de message jusqu'à 00h35 et dérangés dès 8h pour l'intervention d'un agent... (une personne dormait dans le canapé lit dans le salon!). Cette intervention était prévue depuis plusieurs jours, nous aurions dû être prévenus et avoir le choix d'annuler ou non notre réservation ! quel manque de professionnalisme

Auto beschadigd met sleutelkrassen in de parkeergarage!

De locatie, want we gingen naar het concert van Beyonce in Stade de France. Dat was slechts 7 minuten lopen dus dat was top.

Onze auto is beschadigd met een sleutel op verschillende plekken en er zat een briefje op het raam met de tekst: "On ne se gare pas a la place des gens!! #fuckbeonce" met een middelvinger getekend. Terwijl we voor deze acco hebben gekozen doordat er een prive parkeerplek bij zat.
