A great little apartment

Although small the apartment had everything (except washing machine or oven, but as stated) and was both comfortable and convenient. Particularly neat sliding double door allowed to divide the main room into two bedrooms. I was a bit concerned the sofabed would not be great but it was excellent, very comfortable.

Not a lot of daylight in through the window as you're on the ground floor looking into a courtyard but that's about it. And the courtyard was quiet! :) Oh, could have used a bigger chopping board and a tea towel.

La localisation est parfaite, calme, pratique avec un parking en option. Télé grand format, mais canapé lit usé

le canapé lit est défoncé et laisse le dos en compote ... la salle de bain est resté dans les années 70 avec l'arrivée de moisissures, la qualité des serviettes est de la même époque... :-(

Siamo stati molto contenti e ringraziamo tantissimo Sonia per un ospitalità davvero sorprendente!

La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort, io ho viaggiato con mio figlio di 4 anni e mio marito, adattissimo per una famiglia come la nostra. La posizione davvero fantastica permette sia di andare subito al mare alla spiaggia immediatamente fuori dallo stabile (solo attraversando la strada), oppure di raggiungere in 10 minuti il centro e le altre bellissime spiaggette. Da ammirare la cura nella preparazione e nell’accoglienza, un servizio davvero super!

Particolarmente apprezzata la vicinanza alla spiaggia e la cura che Sonia ha avuto nel preparare l'appartamento e nel fornire le indicazioni per raggiungerlo (si trova all'interno di un residence). Grazie davvero per l'accoglienza!

Fin Juin à Menton

L'appartement est bien placé, la gare est à 10 minutes à pieds, c'est très pratique pour aller à Nice, Monaco ou Vintimille. Le centre piétonnier de Menton n'est pas très loin non plus. Concernant le confort, la climatisation est un plus. Très bonne communication avec Sonia, qui est très disponible via WhatsApp (explications, vidéos ...)

Monolocale centralissimo, ben attrezzato con tutto ciò che può servire in una casa. La host è molto gentile e ci ha mandato spiegazioni chiare e puntuali su come raggiungere l’appartamento e gestire l’ingresso. In più l’appartamento è molto pulito.

Il divano letto è davvero molto scomodo, consiglierei di attrezzarsi diversamente. Va bene per una o due notti, non di più.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima sia per visitare Menton che per prendere il treno per visitare altre zone della regione. L'appartamento è dotato di un parcheggio che permette di vivere in modo rilassato il soggiorno. L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie per cucinare, l'host è estremamente presente e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Posizione ottimale per visitare Menton e per la passeggiata fino a Monaco. L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto e anche il divano-letto è abbastanza comodo. Il parcheggio in garage privato.

Die Vermieter Sonia und Maxime sind total aufmerksam und liebenswürdige Menschen

Sie liegt super zentral. Sie ist klein, hat aber alles was Mann/Frau braucht. Besonders zu beachten ist der Platz in der Tiefgarage. Das Auto kann bis zum Ferienende vergessen werden. Mit Zug und Bus ist man bestens und günstig unterwegs.
