A completely unacceptable stay with an unmade bed, no toiletries, and a dirty room.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. When I arrived after a 6-hour motorcycle trip, I found the bed completely unmade. All the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were thrown on top of the mattress, and I had to make the entire bed myself. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation. The bathroom did not provide even the most basic toiletries — no hand soap, no shampoo, no shower gel — despite the fact that these amenities were clearly listed in the booking description. To make matters worse, the floor was so dirty that after walking a few seconds in new black socks, they turned completely white from the dust. I also contacted the host through the Booking platform to report the unmade bed, and the reply I received was that “sometimes the housekeeper is tired and doesn’t make it.” This kind of response shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service was far below any acceptable standard. I cannot recommend this property and strongly advise Booking.com to review it carefully.

Disappointing experience.

The apartment was comfortable and in a good location.

Our entry into the apartment was very stressful. The owners agreed to early entry and said they would meet us at the apartment.. Instead they sent codes, which we weren't expecting as the original instructions didn't mention them. We wasted a lot of time standing in the street waiting. The neighbours came to our assistance, offering us chairs, and rang the owners for us and spoke to them in French. We were also not happy that the listing said there was a toilet in the bathroom and an additional toilet. This was not the case, just a separate toilet. This was important for us for medical reasons. So although we liked the apartment, the bad start and the missing toilet spoilt our visit.

Loved the cosy atmosphere and closeness to beach and shops. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The shower would not stay "up" and the single bed is broken. The road is a little noisy.

The apartment is really nice. Very nice is the view from the balcony iside the kitchen. The kitchen is full of accessories. It was clean as well. The location is perfect, basically almost in the center but close to the sea. I suggest this apartment.

We were expecting clean sponge dishes in the kitchen. Anyway the permanence was nice.

Located in the very city center - all facilities and services are near, just it’s not a very quiet place. It was absolutely so very clean! Nice and comfortable apartment.

No free parking available, parking place is not guaranteed, though we did manage to find a place on the street and had to pay for the parking. No electric kettle - usually it’s a nice thing to have.

Ideāla atrašanās vieta. Super tuvu pludmalei, netālu no centra un veikaliem. Virtuves neliela terase iziet dārza. Ļoti labā vietā ģimenēm ar bērniem.

Principā, par šo cenu un lokanību ir ļoti labs variants. Bet bija dažas nianses līdz ar ko nevarēšu ielikt izcili.

Appartamento poco curato. Sul sito accoglienza sul posto, in realtà key-box. Assenza di aria condizionata, presenza di due ventilatori arrugginiti e sporchi. Doccia rotta.

Le logement idéal pour un séjour à Menton

Idéalement situé en centre-ville, à côté du Casino, des plages et du vieux Menton, cet appartement traversant est spacieux, lumineux, calme, bien agencé. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. Literie impeccable. Tables et lampes de chevet appréciables. Des fenêtres dans toutes les pièces, même les WC. Une 2nde couette et des oreillers à disposition, ainsi que des livres intéressants. Carrefour City juste à côté. Le bonus est le balcon donnant sur un jardin à l'intérieur du Square des États-Unis. On entend les oiseaux de l'appartement. C'est très agréable. On se sent vraiment comme 'chez soi'. Communication : réactivité et respect. Si je reviens sur Menton, je n'hésiterai pas à reprendre ce logement, avec plaisir.

Dans la SDB il y a des traces d'humidité au plafond mais ne restant que peu de temps, ça ne m'a pas du tout dérangée. La pomme de douche ne tient pas sur son support. Je l'ai signalé et je pense que ce sera vite changé. Ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail insignifiant.

Séjour plus qu'agréable, idéal pour les vacances!

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est superbement bien situé (au centre de Menton, à 15min en voiture de Monaco/BeauSoleil). Nous avons récupérés les clés sans difficulté, nous avons mis le chauffage dès notre arrivée. Malgré que l'appartement donne immédiatement sur une rue passante, le calme était au rendez-vous! L'appartement est propre, parfaitement équipé, joli. Les échanges avec la propriétaires ont été agréables et faciles.
