Perfect if you are visiting Menton

Nicely done and equipped... The owners are very nice and easygoing.

The building itself is pretty rundown and the entrance doors are a bit sturdier room door. Fortunately we didn't have any security issues, or need for a better entrance door, but the feeling is a bit strange. What kind of spoils a picture was a pretty old bed in the bedroom and the fact that the balcony was shared with pigeons so it was not really useful.

The apartment was modern, spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The location was very close to many restaurants and amenities. There were also many parking spaces just in front of the apartment as well as across the road.

The biilding from outside, the building entrance door. The train lines are pretty close but the train is pretty silent, still if you are sensitive to noises, be careful.

You just need to know that the trainline is not far. So if you sleep with open windows you will hear it during the night.

Cleanliness, new apliances, really spacious bathroom, The apartment is a nice short walk to the old town and to the beach. We didn't have wifi upon arival, but after reseting it, wifi was great throughout the whole week we stayed.

Lack of hangers in the bathroom and a slightly wider bed in the bedroom.

Nije mi se dopala komunikacija sa vlasnikom objekta,očigledno da ne živi u tom gradu,dopisivali smo se preko platforme,gde sam čekao uputstva za ulazak u apartman. Poslao mi je prazan fail za uputstvo za ulazak.Da bi mi nakon sat vremena provedenih ispred objekta poslao drugi fajl na poruci.Kad sam došo da uzmem kljuc iz boksa ,morao sam ponovo da ga kontaktiram ,zbog pogrešne šifre za box za ključ. Internet je bio užasan.

Appartamento molto carino e accogliente. Dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. La posizione è anche molto comoda, 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal mare.

L’aria condizionata in stanza non funzionava, perdeva acqua e faceva molto rumore anche da spenta.

Joli appartement, assez spacieux, calme et bon emplacement. Bien fourni en équipement

Il y a eu des drôles d'odeurs tout au long du séjour surtout a l'arrivée et le matin en se levant ( odeur de cigarette, ect... ) De plus, nous devions avoir l'appartement à partir de 12h ce qui n'a pas été le cas. ( nous l'avons finalement eu à 15h30 et cela ne semblait pas déranger l'hôte). Certaines informations sont également mensongères dans l'annonce comme le parking gratuit. Toutes les places autour sont payantes à Menton. Il y a un véritable manque de communication de la part de l'hôte, il ne répond pas lorsque nous essayons de le joindre. Pour finir, il y avait encore un gobelet rempli d'eau avec des cigarettes à l'intérieur posé sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Sinon bon séjour, Menton est une ville très agréable et l'appartement aurait pu être mieux noté. Quelques points à améliorer.
