Located in the heart of Chin, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, seaside, ...), the beach (300 meters) and train stations (SNCF and bus 5 minutes walk), bright apartment 4 rooms 105 m2 (maximum sleeps 8) on the 1st and last floor of a villa Belle Epoque mentonnaise of character, with a ground garden planted with a summer kitchen, a large terrace and parking (barbecue available). Vehicle not necessary. Close to Monaco (10 min by train), Nice (37 min by train), Italy (Bordighera 32 min) and Nice airport (36 min by Bus) - Car / scooter / electric bike rental nearby.
The apartment comprises:
An entrance with dressing room overlooking a long corridor serving bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
The living room (dining room and living room) is equipped with a dining table and chairs, buffets, a corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV (Box with internet connection) , accommodating 10 guests.
It opens onto the fitted kitchen which has a round table for 4 people, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, hotplates, a large fridge & freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary for cooking and eat.
The first bedroom is equipped with a bed 140x200, 2 bedside tables, a dressing room and a sofa bed.
The second bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 bed, 2 bedside tables, a dressing room and a French window leading to a private terrace with sofa.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds (can be combined in double bed) and 2 bunk beds, 2 bedside tables and a dressing room.
The first shower room is composed of a shower, a double basin, storage and WC.
The second shower room is composed of a shower, storage and toilet.
The garden is composed of a relaxation area with deckchairs, a summer kitchen and a terrace where you will find a rectangular table, chairs, barbecue, plancha, outdoor fan.
