Location lovely but hilly access. Carnoles is a good little town with beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc and on an excellent SNCF train route. Apartment kitchen fittings good ie Smeg, Bosch with Miele washing machines in the laundry

Beautiful stay

The apartment was spacious with a nice balcony. The property had a covered swimming pool, and it was very clean. The reception was always very nice and helpful. The location is great, close to Menton.

For me, the beds (especially the pillows) were not comfortable. But the rest of the family didn't really mind. So it's a very personal opinion.

Great place to stay with family. Amazing view from a balcony with sea view. New and clean facilities. Easy to park. Great location to travel to Monaco and Nice. Stores and restaurants are available by car with 7-10 minutes.

The room was spacious clean and friendly housekeeper also the convenience of the property only 15 minutes from Monaco we were on business for the MYS

Front desk reception no service only from 4-7pm also the iron and iron board you have to bring back a no no in business travel you have such beautiful equipped kitchens why not have the iron in the rooms.

Not so clean at the room. Women at reception speaks only French. Apartment is high at the hill and around 20 minutes from beach, so it’s a bit hard to comeback from the beach back to the apartment. Was totally fine for me, but my mother in law was not happy :)

Great apartment, but has limitations if you need assistance

The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are nice and modern. We had a studio and it was plenty big with room to spare. The terrace is large and has a table. The woman who works the front desk is nice when she is there, and the restaurant workers are very nice as well. The pool is very large and enclosed. it’s a very peaceful setting in the mountains. There is parking and you will need a car if you want to stay here. We made the mistake of relying on taxis and Uber‘s and that affected our stay greatly. If you are looking for a “apartment” not a hotel, have a car, and don’t need anyone to work at the facility to help you with anything, then you will be fine here and it’s a very nice place with large rooms and a pool. If you stay here you also have to try Piccadilly restaurant below the train station… some of the nicest people we’ve ever met own it and have had it in the family for years.

The main issue we have with this property is getting ahold of anyone who works there. If you need to check-in anytime except for 4 PM to 7 PM (The only times that somebody works there) then this property is not for you. We actually missed half of our tickets to the Grand Prix because of it. We called the main number four times and were told continuously that while the front desk would not be there to check us in, there would be a 24 hour security guard who could put our luggage in the hold so we could go to the race and come back and check in. After trying to get there for almost 2 hours, and we finally got a ride up the hill to the hotel, no one was there and we learned there was not a security guard. (Be warned… do not arrive here on a train. You cannot get a taxi from the train station, Uber‘s will not come there, and it is too far to walk with your luggage up the stairs from the train) Another thing that might bother some people is that this is not a hotel… So it is very hard to get supplies like towels and toilet paper unless you are able to catch the woman at the front desk. She is very nice and accommodating but her hours of availability are limited.

Accueil sympathique - Appartement très bien , grand , propre , bien équipé et chauffé , terrasse avec soleil ,bien équipés Bien placé pour visiter

Un seul grand regret : une piscine avec un jacuzzi dont l'eau est à peine chaude . Bassin de nage de 25 m par contre bien Dommage car le critère de la piscine et du jacuzzi était pris en compte pour payer un peu plus cher / offre équivalente
