Remek helyen van, szép az épület és a kis kert.
A nappaliban nem működött az elektromos roló, mindkét tv távirányítója hibás volt. A garázs rettenetesen szűk, csak kisebb autóknak megfelelő. Golf 8,5 GTI csak segítséggel és sok manőverezéssel fért be, nagyobb autóval nem próbálkoznék.
