Very beautiful view from a balcony, the balcony is big, bright colours in design of apartment, a lift, there are very close a good food store, many cafe and a beach.

In general pictures are after a great photoshop, the real condition of apartment is much worst, it need to renovate ceiling in a bathroom, to clean or change doors , and also the fridge, because it has problems and hasn't any handle, and some things on pictures we can't find there - no shelves in the bathroom (without them was really uncomfortable to do showering), there are no beautiful blue lounge chairs in the balcony (only broken scratched plastic table and chairs).

Situation idéale, proche magasins et centre carnolés, proximité des bords de mer

Nous n'avons pas obtenu le code de la boite à clés, comme convenu, il a fallu que nous rappelions booking afin de l 'obtenir , cétait notre deuxième séjour dans ce lieu et avons rencontré le même problème en 2023 et ce malgré nos mails leréclamant.

Pour un séjour de plusieurs semaines, les équipements de cuisson sont minimalistes, certainsnon adaptés aux plaques vitro céramique,

Très bon séjour

Idéalement placé. Juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus avec 4 correspondances, la gare à pied à 300m, supérette U au bas de l'immeuble à côté, divers restaurants à proximité.

Le gros point noir c'est le stationnement payant. Rare sont les rues ou on peut se garer gratuitement.

Trop de choses pas d'eau chaude toilette cassé chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas correctement frigo complètement guivrai . Pas de chauffage apars dans la chambre .

Wir haben es bereut diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Nie wieder! Fotos vermitteln anderes Flair!

Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert durch Schlüsselsafe am Gartenzaun, dadurch konnten wir zeitlich flexibel spät anreisen. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon. Parken vor der Haustür war Abends immer möglich. Abends bei der Ankunft für 1,3 - 2,4 € bis 11 Uhr schon vor bezahlen (Cash & VISA) möglich. Dann waren wir mit dem Auto zu Ausflügen unterwegs.

Leider haben wir die vorherigen Bewertungen nicht wirklich ernst genommen. Dieses "es wird schon nicht so schlimm" wird um so schlimmer. Der Wohnblock hat den Anschein und Geruch eines in die Jahre gekommenen Altersheims/Sozialbau, unten ist eine Arztpraxis. Ein sehr langsamer enger Fahrstuhl für 2 Personen. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir bei Anreise selbst abtauen weil total vereist - keine Reaktion vom Vermieter. Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, kein Griff zum öffnen. Unzureichende Küchenutensilien. Eine völlig kaputte Liege empfängt einem auf dem Balkon dazu ein gebrochener Plastikstuhl (Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr). Wie andere schon geschrieben, bröckelt die Farbe von der Badezimmerdecke ab. Der Toilettendeckel ist nur noch auf einer Seite befestigt. Sehr sehr beengte Toilette. Die Toilettenspülung ist kaputt und man hat kein Wasser (Hochsommer?) für eine zweite Spülung - haben uns eine Schüssel mit Wasser aus der Küche ins Bad als Reserve gestellt. Keine Waschmaschine vor Ort, kein Internet. Wohnung Nachts 30 Grad weil am ganzen Tag die Sonne auf die Zimmerfront brennt, trotz Holztüren vor den Fenstern. Kein Durchzug möglich. Markisen funktionieren nur sehr schlecht und dürfen nachts für frische Luft nicht eingefahren werden sofort Beschwerden von Nachbarn. Schlafsofa im "Wohnzimmer" sehr durchgelegen und der untere Auszug ein Albtraum! Tauben wecken einen früh Morgens lautstark auf dem Balkon sitzend. Ohrstöpsel sind zwingend erforderlich. Sehr muffige, altmodische Ausstattung, großer Renovierungsstau. Wurden noch nie so im Urlaub von der Unterkunft enttäuscht - hatte vor Ort noch verzweifelt nach Ausweichunterkunft gesucht - Hochsaison keine Chance alles weg. Suchen Sie sich eine andere Unterkunft Bewertung mind. 8,5 od. besser, lesen Sie die Bewertungen genau und lassen sie sich von den Fotos nicht täuschen.

très bon séjour sur les trois semaines , proches des commerces pharmacie, supermarché, librairie,

la situation géographique du bien, balcon avec vue mer, propeté du logement bon rapport quaité prix. UNE INFORMATION QUI POURRAIT ETRE UTILE AU PROPRIETAIRE: mauvaise foi de la propriétaire du dessous plaintes non fondées déplacement de meubles NON, bruit jusqu'à 23H non soit absents en soirée (chez nos enfants) ou au lit pour lecture en absence de télé. PROBABLEMENT réfractaire aux locations saisonnières

1- système de boite à clés alors qu'il était indiqué qu'une personne serait sur place, grand stress à l'arrivée il a fallu appelé un N° EN ITALIE, pour obtenir par whatsapp le code de la boite à clés, et maitriser italien ou anglais lors de l'echange (heureusement que notre fille nous accompagnait) 2- présence d'un téléviseur mais aucune chaine installée et aucun code pin envoyé malgré nos deux relances par whatsapp seul moyen de communiquer avec l'organisme loueur italien, 3- absence de couteaux coupants, de tire bouchon et d'epluche-légumes
