To confirm your reservation, a 100% prepayment via bank transfer is required ( Contact-me for bank information and contract ). While this differs from the standard 30% deposit, this policy has been implemented to manage frequent cancellations during peak season (June, July, and August). For off-peak periods, a 30% deposit is accepted.

Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable
Key Handover & Deposit:
On the day of key handover, a €200 deposit is required (by check or cash) and will be refunded on departure after a satisfactory check-out inspection.
