Menton old town was a highlight of our trip, beach and restaurants easily accessible.

Very well appointed and stylishly styled interior. Great central old town location. Comfortable bed. Helpful and responsive host.

Poor entry instruction upon arrival. Very poor quality internet. Lacking extra comfort touches ie coffee, milk, local information and toilet paper. Entry stairwell very dirty and unwelcoming creating a bad first impression.

Loved Menton!

The apartment was spacious, restful and a very chic style with all that we needed. The location was excellent as is only 3 mins to the beach on the eastern side of old Menton and lots of great restaurants at the end of the Rue. The old town was charming with lots of lanes and easy to get around with great views. The beach was idyllic.

Nothing we didn't like about the apartment or Menton.

We loved our stay at this apartment in the heart of Menton's old town. The location is exceptional—surrounded by charming restaurants and just a short walk to several beaches. Having parking included was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. Communication with the host was smooth, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. There’s a short walk from the parking area to the apartment building. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a unique blend of modern comfort and old-town charm.

Lovely stay.

Perfect location. Close to everything you want to visit, near the sea and restaurants. Lovely new bathroom.

No fire safety. In case of fire you need a key to get out the main entrance of the building.

posizione ottima, arredamento molto carino

dovrei fare solo qualche piccolo appunto: i cuscini sono praticamente inesistenti, consiglierei di cambiarli se avete un bambino piccolo (sotto i 2 anni) diventa un po’ ‘scomodo’ portare su e giù il passeggino siccome ci sono un po di scale per arrivare in appartamento (magari era segnalato e io non l’ho letto) il parcheggio è un big plus però considerate che bisogna prendere e lasciare la card in alloggio quindi ci va un po’ di organizzazione (trovare un altro parcheggio ecc)

Bello ma si può migliorare

Appartamento pulito, ampio ed esteticamente molto bello. Posizione ottima nel pieno centro della città vecchia (quindi non è possibile arrivarci in macchina, l'host fornisce la tessera per il parcheggio, inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno). Grazie al condizionatore l'ambiente era caldo, ad eccezione del bagno.

Pur essendo molto bella, la casa non era del tutto funzionale: mancavano gli asciugamani per il viso, la biancheria per la culla, la finestra del bagno non si poteva chiudere. Inoltre sarebbe stato apprezzato trovare qualche capsula del caffè (c'era una bella macchinetta, ma non il caffè...) e qualche elemento in più in cucina (tovaglia, tovaglioli ecc). Avendo due bambini piccoli non era semplice raggiungere l'appartamento, si trova al secondo piano con scale ripide.

Très bel appartement

Appartement décoré avec goût, propre et bien équipé,emplacement Menton vieille ville, les restaurants et la plage à proximité. Avec la location un badge pour le parking souterrain très facile d'accès c'était un critère très important pour moi. Ce n'est pas facile de trouver un parking libre dans Menton pendant la période estivale.

Le Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien Il serait peut-être judicieux de changer les fenêtres simple vitrage par du double vitrage cela attenurer le bruit de la rue.

Locatia este fantastica, in centrul istoric, cu acces rapid la plaja si parcare. Foarte curat si confortabil.

Wunderschöne Lage!

Wir hatten eines der drei Apartements gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Erwähnenswert ist jedoch vor allem die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Menton. Man wohnt mitten im schönsten Teil des Städtchens in direkter Nähe zum Strand, sämtlicher Geschäfte und Restaurants. Da die Straße kaum befahren wird, war es bei uns auch sehr ruhig.

Le logement est extrêmement bien situé. Il est propre et bénéficie de l'air climatisé. La possibilité de se garer est un vrai plus.

Ottima scelta per un soggiorno breve nel cuore di Mentone

Punti di forza: la posizione centralissima, vicinanza alla spiaggia, la pulizia, la grandezza dell’appartamento ( ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito molto gradito), la cucina nuova e il gusto nell’arredamento. Aria condizionata (rarissima in centro a Mentone) è fondamentale per i periodi caldi.

Non ci sono punti realmente negativi ma solo suggerimenti: non è indicata per chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale perché si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e le scale sono ripide. L’appartamento affaccia su un vicolo molto suggestivo ma abbastanza rumoroso, sarebbe utile fornire di qualche molletta per stendere le asciugamani e una scopa grande per poter spazzare il pavimento. Servirebbero anche i piatti fondi. Da notare che non è fornito di lavatrice.

Emplacement idéal avec parking (indispensable sur Menton). Climatisation très appréciée. Très bon séjour à Menton (très belle ville).

Absence d'accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. Manque de matériel dans la location : étendoir, sommier (trop court) non adapté au matelas d'où un inconfort pour dormir à 2 personnes. Absence de placards/armoires pour le rangement. Petite salle de bain.

Appartement mignon et bien situé mais pas adapté pour y rester (cuisiner, travailler)

Emplacement parfait, petite rue atypique. L'aménagement et la décoration sont de bonne facture.

Le manque d'équipement de cuisine. Il manquait une éponge, un égouttoir, des sacs poubelles, torchons, balai et pelle. J'ai du rappeler l'hôte pour avoir la moitié des équipements manquants... La rue bruyante avec des fenêtre simple vitrage. Mauvaise connection Wifi (débit faible, signal faible)

L'emplacement du logement qui est très près du centre ville et de la mer, l'accueil au top, l'originalité du logement qui mélange l'ancien avec le neuf. Le plus la gentillesse de notre hôte et son aide pour le parking : encore merci !

Un bon séjour au pays des citrons !

La situation de l’appartement dans la veille ville, à proximité de tous les commerces et le bord de mer. Joli appartement.

Il manquait du chauffage, les températures étaient froides en février. Une suggestion au propriétaire : installer un canapé (lit ce qui n’oblige pas à avoir un petit fauteuil lit dans la chambre) ou chaises confortables, déplacer la TV, ce qui est possible de mettre une salle à manger. Dans la chambre des rangements pour les vêtements sont nécessaires !

Place restreinte pour le lit d'appoint et dommage qu'on puisse pas tourner autour du canapé lit. Dommage également qu'on doive tjs refermer le lit pour entrer et sortir de l'appartement. Point négatif, le voisinage bruillant et couche tard.

Très belle expérience

L’accueil exemplaire, l’appartement avec des beaux volumes, très propre et soigneusement décoré, ainsi que l’emplacement ont embelli notre séjour. La cuisine était bien équipée, aspect non négligeable pour nous, car nous étions avec les enfants. Le grand plus a été le parking gratuit mis à disposition.
