Literally 200 meters from the sea and the promenade, right on the border between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Two supermarkets, the train station, and a bus stop (Monaco-Nice) are all just around the corner. It's a typical French Riviera apartment, and the place itself is cozy, nice, and fairly clean))) And, yes, also with a partial sea view if you look closely)))) But it's really a good spot if you like Menton or want to explore around Monte Carlo — as long as there are no more than two or three of you.

Aren't we in France? It's the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a place without a basic CORKSCREW, OMG! However, the owner, a very nice and graceful mademoiselle, was so sweet that I really don't want to be mean, but... when you charge THAT kind of money, a few days' income is more than enough to put the place in order. Apartment is well equipped, Aircondition works perfectly is an ultimate necessity during this heat wave. Comfortable, Spacious with nice balcony. Good n easy communication with owner for check in and out.
