A lovely apartment, in a nice area, and not far from the station.

The two balconies were nice, and everything you needed was there. It was spacious and not far from the centre of town, as well as not far from the station. Lovely bakeries nearby!

A lovely stay in Menton in a flat situate near the sea, good restaurants and an excellent bakery.

The location

It is on the third floor with steep flights of steps and no lift. This should be made clear in the description of the property as it impacts on people with young children, people with mobility issues and elderly people. The showers were only average and storage facilities poor More than one key should be provided

dommage ! trop de problèmes materiels...

tres bien situé , 400 m de la gare. balcons de chaque coté. appartement très propre et refait à neuf... en en dehors du chauffe eau ...

Coupure de courant prolongée . Le grille pain a fait sauté les plombs et 4 heures pour que quelqu un vienne appuyer sur un bouton dans placard sur le palier.... Pas d'eau chaude , eau tiede ( chauffe eau trop vieux et non réparable), donc baignoire inutilisable.... 1 seul clef ( appartement prévu pour 6 personnes ..) . J'ai fini par en obtenir une 2ème. Pas de tables de nuit , chambres très petites , draps housses de taille insuffisante. ... les placards ( penderies surtout) sont quasiment inutilisables car remplis par les affaires du propriétaire. Booking doit me rembourser la moitié du séjour... J'ai envoyé des messages à la conciergie tous les jours ( active 24/24 7/7) , ce qui n'a pas été apprécié le 1er jour ( un samedi).. Conciergerie plus reactive les autres jours ... mais rien à faire pour le chauffe eau. Eviter cet appart si vous etes agé ou avec des enfants ( en plus , une fenetre très dangereuse..) Pas de quoi laver une salade , 1 unique torchon de 20 cm X20... Beaucoup de choses qui gachent le sejour

l'appartamento e' molto bello ben ristrutturato con il legno nel soggiorno e in pieno centro vicino la casino' di Mentone con 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto

unica pecca e' al terzo piano senza ascensore ed io ero con un neonato e il carrozzino da portare su e giù' per le scale, io non ho chiesto bene ed e' stata colpa mia ok , ma sull'annuncio se guardate e' scritto : "appartamento ai piani superiori con accesso dalle scale " che non significa niente 1) ai piani superiori e' anche il primo piano 2) accesso dalle scale e' un modo semichiaro per non scrivere senza ascensore era piu' corretto scrivere " APPARTAMENTO AL 3 PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE "
