L'alloggio è tenuto benissimo, pulito e situato in una zona comoda e ben servita da negozi e trasporti. Il vero punto di forza è l'ampio terrazzo, ideale per rilassarsi, e la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti.
Purtroppo la casa è troppo esposta al rumore del traffico stradale. Inoltre, i cuscini del letto si sono rivelati piuttosto scomodi e abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di formiche in cucina. Con qualche piccola accortezza in più la struttura sarebbe perfetta.

The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation in Menton. It is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach, and you can also enjoy a pleasant walk along the promenade to several other beaches in the area. The city center is about a 15–20 minute walk away, making it close enough for dinner, shopping, or sightseeing, while still being far enough to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine, which is neatly hidden inside a cabinet. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, with plenty of towels, a hairdryer, and even an iron provided. The bedroom is comfortable, offers plenty of storage space for clothes, and is ideal for two people. There is a TV in the living room as well as one in the bathroom. One of the highlights is enjoying your morning coffee while looking at the sea.
The apartment is modern, stylish, spotless, and very well maintained. Giuseppe is a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with.
The only thing that could be improved is the bed and the pillows. They were comfortable enough, but a higher-quality mattress and better pillows would make the stay a true 10/10 experience.

Great location, close to the beach and train station. The apartment is very fresh and clean. Kitchen has everything you need for comfortable stay. Lots of cafes, bakeries and shops nearby.
There is no equipment for children, arranged separately.
