The location is perfect. The unit is compact but the balcony adds a great deal of living space and with great weather eating outside and lounging was lovely! Essentials were provided and the host was responsive and helpful.
The beds are pullouts (and this is in the description) so they are not the best but they are reasonably comfortable. But there was only one blanket and another one is needed.

Really close to the city centre, but quiet and with a big sunny terrace. We always managed to park our car in surrounding streets. Good kitchen. Reliable wifi.

Location, comfort, facilities, large balcony not overlooked and with effective canopy and sun beds with cushions. Freshly painted. Adequate kitchen equipment for eating in. Sofa beds were comfortable enough. Good levels of security. All as described and in good condition. We each had our own room (one with kitchen!) . Enough space.
Laundry in the basement a little creepy but
manageable. Miele machines were very good.
No complaints.
