Чисто, аккуратно. Большая удобная квартира.
При бронировании указывали время прибытия в 3 часа ночи. Не смотря на это нашу бронь приняли и мы после увидели, что поздний заезд они не принимают. Стали писать об этом в объект размещения. Однако работник сказал, что это будет позможно за доп. Плату. До 23:00 за 80 евро. Позднее за 100 евро. Мы попросили скидку. Однако после этого ни на звонки ни на смс сотрудник перестал отвечать. Просили отменить бронирование бесплатно. Только после звонка с Букинг оператором они ответили нам и сказали что примут нас за 100 евро ночью. БУДЬТЕ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЕЕ ПРИ БРОНИРОВАНИИ. НЕ ПОПАДИТЕСЬ НА ЭТУ УЛОВКУ. ЭТО НЕ ПЕРВЫЙ НАШ ПРИЛЕТ НОЧЬЮ В ФЬЮМИНЧИНО. ВСЕ ЛЮБЕЗНО ПРИНИМАЛИ НАС НОЧЬЮ ИЗ ЗА ПОЗДНЕГО РЕЙСА. КРОМЕ ДАННОГО ХОЗЯИНА. ТАКЖЕ В ОДНОЙ ИЗ СПАЛЕН ПОЛОМАНО ЖАЛЮЗИ. ИЗ ЗА ЧЕГО НЕВОЗМОЖНО БЫЛО СПАТЬ ПОД УТРО. ТАКЖЕ КОНДИЦИОНЕР ТОЛЬКО В ОДНОЙ СПАЛЬНЕ. ПРИХОДИЛОСЬ ОТКРЫВАТЬ ДВЕРЬ.

Spacious apartment, modern and clean.
The host requested a E30 fee for checking in after 8pm. He also cancels the booking after 8pm even if you tell him that you are arriving after 8pm. His WhatsApp profile says that the extra fee is applicable after 9pm but he charges extra after 8pm. Everywhere we had flexible checking in time. This is the only place that imposed a fee and was not flexible. In addition, he lives next door so we thought it strange that he is inconvenienced at such an early time of day. He did give us a discount after a discussion. 8pm is not very late in Italy in the summer. It is very strange. Also, not that close to the airport and have to Uber there because it is complicated with the bus especially early and with luggage. Only booked it because we thought it would be easy to get to the airport from there.
