Amazing place and owner, definitely recommend it

If I could give a rate 11 I would. The place is so clean, nice, well taken care of, all new. And the best part is Roberto, who was extremely kind to allow us for an early check in. On top of that, arranged a taxi for our early flight at 3 AM (30 euros to the airport, if you're wondering). For a short stay you have a nice market close (10 min) and some restaurants within 20 min walk range.

Great and would have stayed much longer but had to leave. So accommodating , clean and cozy

breakfast was good. Coffee pot ready to perk us up after a long journey.

I can't think of a thing that could be improved! The apartment was ground floor, very clean, great bathroom, comfortable beds, Couldn't ask for anything more. Even had an Uber driver handy to take us into Roma.

Spotless, well-equipped flat in a perfect location — can’t wait to return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this flat. It was spotless and immaculately clean, with everything you could possibly need provided. The location is perfect — just minutes from the airport by taxi and with the beach right around the corner. The flat is extremely well equipped. The host took care of every detail to make guests feel welcome. I would love to return and stay longer next time — the perfect place to relax!

One of the best flats, near the sea and the airport

Everything was fantastic! The flat is amazing, new, beautiful and with to act. I loved all the details in the flat (the landlord left a fresh water, some biscuits, coffee and some sweets, but also there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, all in the most nice detailed preview). The flat is just some steps away from the sea, you can just lay down and enjoy the sea, walk back home and go again enjoying the sea. There is a supermarket nearby, a nice cafe with pizza slices, some beach restaurants and bars. And the yard is small but sunny and full of privacy. Fantastic place.

There are no views in the flat, it’s a ground floor flat. But full of privacy and sun. I loved it.

Everything was perfect, Roberto was very helpful and we had a wonderful stay.

Cotral - the BUS provider for that area is quite unreliable especially over the weekend, but you can get a local taxi at a decent rate.

so gut wie alles. Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet, man hat sich aufjedenfall wohl gefühlt. Bequemes Bett, schönes Badezimmer und eine Grundausgestattete Küche (Snacks und Trinken gabs auch). Das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt (keine 5 min zu Fuß). Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Straße und Supermarkt in Reichweite. Immer wieder gerne und empfehlenswert!☺️

Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf könnte die Flughafen nähe ein Problem sein.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questa casa a Fiumicino e mi sono trovato benissimo! L’alloggio è pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. La posizione è comoda, sia per l’aeroporto che per raggiungere facilmente il mare e i ristoranti della zona. L’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Weekend al mare per una piccola famiglia

Gentilezza dell'host, Roberto, casa molto carina e ordinata e posizione vicino al mare. Inoltre ci ha messo a disposizione un lettino per la nostra bimba di 2 anni. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche i consigli su stabilimenti e posti per mangiare. Inoltre Roberto è stato molto gentile l'ultimo giorno a permetterci di rientrare per recuperare una collanina che avevo dimenticato all'interno a cui tenevo molto.

Nulla da segnalare, tutto è andato bene.
