Great place to stay close to airport coming or going. Clean apartment and very kind owners. Shuttle is perfect!

The property was clean and safe. The location was wonderful as it was close to the airport and also to the sea. Airplane noise during the day was steady but quiet at night. We were there the last night before leaving Rome. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport which made our very early flight to the airport stress free. Laura and all were very attentive and helpful.

We were there in late October and beach community was finished for the season. The general area felt a little worn down but safe.

There is a big grocery store within walking distance. The host was patient with me as I was running late for my arrival.

Nothing to dislike ! ...... you may need a taxi to get there at night. Buses during the day.

Right across the road from our car lease company and very close to the airport. Accommodation spacious and very clean, decor very pleasant and facilities all fine. Parking in a special spot just outside the gate.

Family stay

Really nice owners, tasty breakfast and a very homely atmosphere. The stay is also close to the beach and to the grocery store. The owner is very helpful and is always ready to help you no matter the time of day :)

The taxi / transport to and from the airport was not clear until Laura advised me to get to the airport first then. Get a taxi to Aquila Di Mare.

Affordable unit with short walk to the beach

It’s close location to the beach (Malibu beach club is only 2 blocks down the road). Affordable, nice accommodations. We were able to check in early, which worked very well for our situation.

Was warm inside when we arrived, but we turned the AC on and went to the beach for a few hours while it cooled down.

Good place for night before returning home

The shuttle in the morning to the airport was really helpful! It is also close to a really nice seafood restaurant, and the beach!

Listing says that you can get to location by bus, which is true. But because bus runs every 1-2 hours , and taxis are minimum 35 euro, the location is actually not that conventient

Comfortable stay with lovely hosts

It was a very large space, excellent value for money and the host was so kind.

The location is a bit difficult to get to without a car, so I would recommend hiring a car. I went to terminal 3 arrivals and found the cotral bus that dropped me nearby (but this took an hour to find)

Perfect place to stay near the Fiumicino airport

Calm and clean place few minutes drive from the airport. Ideal to sleep one night before catching a morning flight. Hosts Loredana and Laura were very kind and provided good Italian breakfast. They also organize a shuttle to the airport which is more acceptable than local taxi.

Location is little bit out of hand and public transportation drives very seldom, even from the airport.

Proximity to airport, less than 10kms. Walking distance to sea 350meters. Proximity to several restaurants on foot.

I thought there was onsite parking and there was. I was advised I had to notify the property prior to booking. The spot was free and available at checkin. I was told it was taken. It was still vacant when I went to bed at midnight and vacant when I left at5am the next morning. I did not appreciate this even though there was plenty of street parking in a very dark industrial area. Also small things like 1 of the 2 dim light bulbs in bathroom not working and 3 of the 4 dim light bulbs in kitchen/dining area not working.

Great one nights stay to catch a plane in the morning.

The little unit was very clean well equipped and close to the airport. Restaurants and beach bars are in walking distance. The noice from the airport stopped during the night so we had a good night sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Excellent facilities and hosts

I loved my stay in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great, I was able to cook myself a meal as all the equipment was provided and a supermarket within walking distance. Also I loved the coffee machine and breakfast was very nice. I have also pre-arranged a lift to the airport which was at 4:45 and the host have organised it all for me. I am very grateful for everything.

We would love to return some day!

Our stay was quite brief— after a late flight, before continuing our trip into Rome the next day. But it was a perfect spot- convenient and quick by local taxi (after the property’s normal shuttle hours) with an easy check-in despite the late hour. An enjoyable breakfast was provided in the room- including great coffee and frothed milk, with sweet and savory items. We took advantage of the shuttle back to the airport the next morning and were treated by our hosts to some fascinating local history, including pointing out ancient ruins including the wall from when it was the port of Rome. And close enough to dip my toes in the ocean before leaving in the morning! A warm and gracious welcome to Italy!

Very comfortable apartment with great value for money

There was a variety of breakfast snacks and cakes, some cereal and an amazing coffee machine / milk steamer. The apartment was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfy.

The internet did not work well, it was nearly impossible to stream any content and it made it difficult for me to work (video conference)

Location was close to airport for a quick get-away at 5 am. Owner fulfilled my request on breakfast items; if was large with a full and complete kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

Being near the airport meant you could hear planes flying overhead, however I fell asleep easily.

Cute apartment close to the airport.

A very cute and comfortable apartment with everything one needs. Host is very nice and accommodating. Really appreciated the transportation from the airport and then back to the airport the next morning. The apartment Is only 10 minutes away from the airport which is the reason we chose to stay at this location.

We didn’t necessarily love that the restaurants were a bit of a walk away. However we enjoyed the walk to the restaurant because it was close to the beach and we needed the walk anyway.

Great place for a beach holiday. I recommend this place.

The owner met me at the airport. They brought us to the place. Gave me the keys. Showed the house. He told where the beach, cafes, shops, public transport. Spacious house. High ceilings. Large beds. White linen. The kitchen has everything you need. Shower, toilet, bidet. Water pressure is pretty good. Private patio with table, chairs, umbrella and grill. The owner is very friendly. He is a professional. The choice of location was influenced by the possibility to come with a pet. I am grateful to the owner for this opportunity.

No places for entertainment within walking distance, in the evening. Quite far from Rome. Getting to the center of Rome by public transport (bus + metro) is about 1.5 hours.

Everything was just great after I arrived.

The only reasonable way to get to Fiumicino from FCO airport is by taxi. And the 9-km ride costs 25 euros. On the way back, the owners gave me a ride for 15, which I find reasonable. The taxi cost is not the responsibility of the guest house, obviously.
