Nice place to stay
The equipment of the place. The size of the room was nice. Lot of towels. I appreciate free coffee capsules. Easily to reach and access (very close to RER A station.
The bed room is at the floor above, very narrow staircase. If I may suggest: place a shelter in the batch room, as there is a lot of fresh towels provided.

L’hébergement réservé et pré-payé 461,64 € le 30/09/2025 pour 5 nuits du 2 au 7 novembre 2025 à la Résidence Thorez 78 Rue Maurice Thorez 92000 Nanterre (France) n’était pas conforme. Il s’agit d’un défaut de délivrance conforme au sens de l’article 1217 du Code Civil, avec insalubrité, impossibilité de dormir, et relogement à mes frais, rendant la clause “non remboursable” inopposable : j'ai demandé le remboursement intégral (461,64 €) et l’escalade du dossier auprès de l’équipe "Case Specialist" de Booking, car Checkmyguest, gestionnaire de l'appartement, a refusé de rembourser. À l’arrivée, le logement était manifestement non nettoyé (miettes, poussières, résidus, canapé et coussins imbibés d’alcool), et une réalité sur place non conforme avec les photos très grand angle de l’annonce. De plus, l’isolation phonique était inexistante, rendant le sommeil impossible dès la première nuit. J’ai signalé dès mon arrivée ces problèmes à l’établissement puis au Service Clients Booking.com d’abord par téléphone, puis par mail avec les photos de preuve. L’établissement a refusé tout remboursement, proposant finalement la simple intervention du service de ménage le lendemain. Le préposé Booking a reconnu la situation mais rien n’a été statué depuis. J’ai dû quitter le logement et me reloger à mes frais via AirBnB (preuve jointe) : mon père a dû réserver pour moi avec son compte AirBnB car j’étais en cours (Bachelor ES Banque Nanterre, toute la journée). L’UFC-Que Choisir a été sollicitée pour intervention amiable auprès de Booking.com, puis, si nécessaire, appui dans une saisine DGCCRF / Médiation du e-commerce, avant une action en justice avec notre avocat.
