A comfortable stay

This booking includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and one without. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-unit building. The space is clean, bright, and comfortable. An interior staircase leads to two of the bedrooms and the smaller, second bathroom. Situated in Nanterre, the apartment is about a 25-minute walk from the La Défense Metro station, offering easy access to Paris. Across the street, there’s a Thai restaurant I highly recommend. A bakery is located at the end of the street, and a Franprix supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The host is exceptionally responsive - one of the most attentive I’ve encountered. She replies almost instantly via phone or Booking chat, and is both kind and helpful. We had a minor issue entering the building, which she resolved immediately.

We had no complaints at all. Just a note for taller guests: the ceilings in the two upstairs bedrooms are a bit low, which might make getting in and out of bed slightly awkward. That said, it wasn’t an issue for us. A small suggestion for the host: adding a coat rack near the entrance would be a great addition. During our stay, the weather was rainy and we had some heavier jackets. Having a place to hang them by the door would’ve been more convenient than using the chairs in the living room.

Goede uitvalbasis om Parijs te ontdekken

Voldoende ruimte, drie slaapkamers, 1e verdieping extra toilet, goede douche en een balkon. Locatie is goed, op enkele minuten een bushalte, binnen 30 lopen de metro. Winkels (bakker, supermarktje) dichtbij, goed restaurant (Thais) tegenover appartement. Privé parkeerplaats voor de auto achter gesloten hek. Rustige, nette wijk. Host reageerde snel op vragen.

Smalle 2 persoonsbedden, wel goed matras. Servies was niet allemaal schoon, waarschijnlijk vorige gebruiker verkeerde stand van de vaatwasser gebruikt (hadden wij ook de eerste keer).

Geweldige, rustige locatie. Prive parkeerplaats, fijne snelle duidelijke communicatie. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Parijs.

Très bon séjour dans ce duplex !

Appartement très bien situé, propre, quartier calme, bien agencé, literie confortable. La terrasse est agréable et le plus , la place de parking !! Je conseille vivement ce logement !!

Prima voor een weekend, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf

Vlak bij bus openbaar vervoer. 3 slaapkamers met goede bedden

Doordat het 35 graden was , was de zolder met 2 slaapkamers heel warm . Airco was fijn geweest.

Comod, liniștit și spațios.

Cazarea este amplasată excelent, la 3 minute de mers pe jos de stația de autobus, de unde poți merge (5 stații) până la La Defence ( Metro1, RER A). Parcare gratuită pe strada din fața proprietății. Apartamentul a fost curat, comod si decorat cu mult gust. Bucătăria și toaleta (cu duș) dotate cu tot ce am avut nevoie pentru un sejur de 3 zile. Am apreciat faptul ca am putut să ne cazăm mai repede decât ora normală de check in, amabilitatea și promptitudinea gazdei!

Pentru nota 10 ar fi fost nevoie de aparate de condiționat. :) Știam din descrierea anunțului ca acesta lipsește, însă dormitoarele de la etaj (mansarda) se încălzeau foarte tare peste zi, iar ventilatoarele existente erau insuficiente.

Wirklich gemütlich und als Familie viell Platz

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm in einem ruhigen und familiären Viertel von Paris. Restaurant direkt gegenüber, trotzdem absolute Stille in der Nacht. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke und ab La Defense dann in 15 min im Zentrum der Stadt. Toller Supermarkt ebenfalls nur 2 min entfernt. Toller Spielplatz direkt um die Ecke. Dachterrasse als sonniges Highlight nach einem trubeligen Tag in der Großstadt. Gut ausgestattete Küche und gemütliches Wohnzimmer.

Das zweite Badezimmet enthält nur ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette, keine Dusche. Trotzdem als Familie natürlich angenehmer als nur eines davon....direkt vor dem Haus ein eher unschöner Vorplatz mit Bretterzaun.

Aanrader! Comfortabel appartement voor een betaalbaar verblijf vlakbij Parijs.

Heerlijk appartement in keurige buurt. 3 slaapkamers met 3 2-persoonsbedden. 2 wc's en 1 douche. Complete keuken. Ook leuk om te zien dat er voor zout, peper, vaatwastabletten en zelfs shampoo en tampons is gezorgd. Heel compleet en relaxt verblijf. Het riante balkon ligt vol op het zuiden en heeft van de ochtend tot avond zon. Helemaal perfect. Appartement ligt op 2 km van metro La Defence. Daarvandaan zit je in 4 minuten met RER A bij de Arc de Triomphe. Er rijden daar ook genoeg andere lijnen. Parkeren op straat in gratis. Bakker op de hoek is ook een aanrader. Net als mooi Italiaans restaurant (Coco Rocco) op 800meter. Sleutel hangt in sleutelkastje naast de deur. Kort voor inchecktijd wordt de code van het sleutelkastje gestuurd.

Bij aankomst bleken we geen warm water te hebben. Lag aan de cv-ketel en is snel en naar volle tevredenheid opgelost door eigenaren (ook al was het laat op de avond). Tip voor de eigenaren: communiceer (ook) in het Engels, desnoods via Google Translate. Dat helpt de gasten een stukje beter op weg.
