Patiko erdvūs kambariai, geras viešbučio rajonas, modernūs kambariai, o juose - viskas, ko gali prireikti viešnagės metu. Viešbutyje ramu, tvarkinga.
Raktai nebuvo palikti kaip buvo žadėta (seife), pusryčiai būdavo ne kiekvieną dieną (arba neatnešami, arba neišnešami iš kambario, taip pat ne vienodu laiku), darbuotojai kalbėjo tik vietine kalba ir pyko, kad nekalbėjome jų kalba (su vertėju irgi nelabai bendravo). Administracijos darbuotojų beveik niekada nebūdavo registratūroje kilus klausimų. Kambariuose trūko švaros.
