Stylish Stay Near Paris - 850m to Subway RER A - Netflix T1-4P

Cleanliness. Style. Quiet. Firstly the location was a little , well, boring. It’s surrounded by offices and industrial buildings, so therefore not much to do or see in that area. However , a 13 minute walk to the train station can take you practically anywhere. We took a train to Montmartre. A lovely place bustling with shops, bars, cafe and great sightseeing. Took around 20 minutes to get there via train. We walked 30 mins to the old town in Place de l’Eglise too. That was fab especially when the market was on and it was a fab surprise! We went to the supermarket just around the corner and stupidly before checking bought pizza to cook however - there is no oven. We thought it so silly when there is a dishwasher taking up a perfect spot for one, it is self catering after all. The microwaves oven option I a no go- we did try it, but it just ruined to food and so we had to throw it away.

No point in a dishwasher- an over in needed most!! To get to the property is relatively simple. To get in is like playing a game of Krypton Factor. Codes for the gates. Doors. Lockers. Key box. It was like an escape room episode ! At first it was fun , then it became annoying. I think meeting the person with key in hand would suffice. Waris was very polite and helpful. I absolutely cannot complain at all what so ever. But… there are way too many rules, lists of jobs to do before during and after, when you pay for somewhere, you expect just a little , well not luxury, but a relax. Some people like myself and husband work extreme hours , so to have to take of the bedding, be told to “tidy up” be told to wash up and put away any dishes etc, be told to put wending etc into washing machine , be told many other things to do before we can go, is just a bit cheeky. AND then leave a “tip box” on the table so Mel can receive money from guests for her “cleaning” when in fact, I’ve already don’t half the job for her and why should we tip when we’ve already paid £400 almost for 3 nights stay? The bed also really could do with a topper as my god our backs and hips are KILLING from that hard bed! Overall it was easy to travel, quiet , it was clean, and Waris was very helpful. However for a relax- I wouldn’t stay again. I do think it is more suited to workers, people who live local to can use the room not as a holiday home but just a base.

This was a very comfortable apartment, with all that we could need. The beds were great and there was even a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. It was easy to communicate with our host. We also received excellent instructions on how to enter the apartment. I would definitely recommend it.

I have stayed in this property many times now and it is always an exceptional experience. From booking, the host goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. I highly recommend this property to business travelers.
