O'Rits Paris - Magnifique appartement proche Paris

The host was warm and welcoming. Salim made it very easy for us, he had step by step instructions for when we arrived. He is a great communicator and made sure to check that we had everything we needed. The accommodation was not too far from public transport. A brisque walk every morning got us to the train station. There is also a bus from the station to the apartment block when you arrive with luggage. It is a friendly, family orientated neighborhood, close to a school, so you see loads of kids. There is a bigger supermarket a few blocks away in the direction of the station, so it is easy to grab things on the way back from touristy kinds of things. Anything you forgot can easily be picked up from the bodega on the corner. We have no hesitation to recommend this unit.

I am hesitant to say anything negative, because the host is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The only off-putting thing was the very stained, dirty looking rug in the lounge and the layer of dust on the main bedroom headboard. In fact I would suggest changing the rug with something in a darker colour, that doesn't stain so quick. I think something like an IKEA Lohals sisal rug would work better than the white long hair rug there at the moment. The owner needs to get someone to do a very thorough, deep clean, then the place would be perfect. We (3 persons) also 🤣had a bit of a struggle figuring out the combo washer/dryer. Make sure you have loads of time for a load.

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Paris en transports. Proche des commerces pour laisser la voiture au parking et tout faire à pied. L’appartement est confortable.

Very well equipped apartment in a great location for catching the train to Paris. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quite large. It suited us perfectly. We went into Paris twice from the nearby (10 min walk) train station. Much more economic than staying in the city.

The building and entrance were a little hard to find.
