Makkelijk aan te rijden
Overdekte parkeren is ook een groot pluspunt
Het appartement ligt in een zeer multiculturele buitenwijk en straat. Je moet alert zijn.
Ik spreek de taal en heb ik heb in de buitenwijken van Parijs gewoond. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat veel Nederlanders er zich niet prettig voelen. Je kunt er niet open en bloot met je winkeltassen lopen.

Nous avons bien aimer l’emplacement avec bus en bas de l’immeuble et surtout le garage pour la voiture c’est idéal
Appartement très jolie bien décoré mais qui demande quand même à être un peu rafraîchi et quand au ménage je vais dire correct peu mieux faire surtout si c’est une société qui gère ça
