Ok, it did the job I needed.
Location close to Wellingborough
Room had minimal Facilities, the tv didnt work, no lock on the door, no lock on bathroom door. Facilities all worked but in need of refurb.

It wasn’t worth it.
It was lovely and warm.
No chair/seat. No mirror. Nowhere to hang clothes. No tv. No bedside light. No towels normally provided. Shower filthy in many places. Water either boiling or freezing. It’s a Mira shower so should be in good working order. Staircase very steep. Have to step over trainer and plastic bottle to catch drips from leaking radiator. The accommodation is currently not fit to be lost. Wasn’t told could use lounge or not. Host did not introduce himself. Still don’t know his name I can only conclude the review given previously was faked because the property could not have deteriorated that quickly before my stay.
