good house to use for a group of blokes who are working away and want there own space
nice quite road witch was great as we we’re working nights
the kitchen could do with a proper clean dust in draws cobwebs under boiler where knives are kept

Shabby no plugs on sinks filthy cigarette butts out the back, one three seat lounge and cheap chair in lounge room, no coffee table, not very welcoming

The host was extremely unhelpful and rude! Left standing outside waiting for an email with the door code. Upon arrival the place smelt of cigarette smoke, the kitchen doors were loose, whilst taking photos to record the damage upon arrival we found mice droppings on top of the cupboards, the doors were tacky and unclean, there was various damage throughout the property, the quality of the mattress on the double bed was terrible, overall the place is in need of some serious updating/money spent.

The beds were comfortable and the property clean.
Carpets and cushions stained and strong smell of damp on arrival, decor tired.

Exceptional
Clean and comfortable house in a great accessible location. Very quiet area and easy to find. Parked right outside the house. Well equipped property and good value for money. Beds are super comfortable and the place felt cosy and homely. Easy check in and out with the key box. Would happily stay here again.
Only gripe is the shower which was very difficult to set to a constant temperature but other than this was very happy .
