Lovely place to stay and the owner was really friendly and great to chat too

It was really easy, the owner messaged me the lockbox code so we were in straight away, everything was ready and exactly as described.

Avoid

I didn't like anything really at one point I was looking at booking a room somewhere else but was too late at night to do so

Instructions to get the key were vague. I didn't even know what building I was staying in. The keysafes were not marked so had to try them all. Room looked ok at first but could do with a bit of an update. Opened patio doors to get some air in but not able to close again which led to a cold night. When I came back to the room in the evening there was nowhere to park and I had to ring to see where I could go. This ended up being a bit of grass outside the front gate. Then when I went to get into the building there was no lights, which I would say is a major safety issue. Getting into the room finally I was met with not 1 but at last count 8 spiders. I know it was in the country side but I have never seen that amount in one place before. Just a hint peppermint used around the windows and doors can help with that. With the patio doors not closing it was a chilly night. The shower head could do with a clean in white vinegar to clear the holes. To be honest I was glad to leave after the worst night sleep I have had in a long time

Lovely room in a great a peaceful location just what we were looking for . It’s obvious the owners have really spent time and money creating these lovely rooms .

Being told on check in that there was the annual family party happening that night and it could get a bit noisy but we could join in and have some Prosecco . Ok it’s a family home and of course there will be times when they have parties that go on into the night but if I’d been told before check in I could have revised my plans .Getting into bed listening to what sounded like a Tom cat being castrated without Anaesthetic was not the best start to a good nights sleep .. luckily it stopped after midnight but ( and someone needs to have a word with the singer).

Everything! Lots of care has gone into the place. Free WiFi, smart tv, large fan for hotter days, pod coffee machine, free use of toaster and kettle and milk, water and butter provided. Use of kitchen available if needed for a small fee. Host was very helpful, made sure we got in and new details, directed us to nearest supermarket and was very friendly.

The Perfect Place For Car Enthusiasts Which Felt Like Home

Car Enthusiast Stay HERE! The most amazing property that we stayed at after traveling from Devon for a car show at Sywell Aerodrome. On arrival we was greated by the host who was really welcoming and interested in the car we had baught to show the next day. I mentioned that my car was dirty from the 4hr journey and he said I could use his garage with some buckets to clean my car! The location was perfect and just what we wanted. A quiet village out of Northampton so we know the car would be safe during its stay. I would say if your car is on air ride or incredibly low you wouldn’t be able to get on the drive however, 100% worth booking regardless as the hosts have proved to me this weekend they are very very accommodating. The room we stayed in was spacious and was modern mixed with a country side house. Staying here was just what we expected and was a slice of home! The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was spacious and had good pressure. In a heart beat we would stay again! Thank you again :)

Room was very hot in the evening so could do with a fan during the summer months. Unsure how to work the aircon as no instructions so slept with the balcony door half open.

The location is wonderful, the room and bathroom were big and modern, and the country views are perfect. The area is very nice for people who like to be far from the noise of the city and at ten minutes distance from it.

Shared tea and coffee making . It would be a big improvement to have these facilities in the room instead of sharing them with the other room.. If you wanted a drink in the night, you could disturb other guests. £10 extra charge to use the kitchen! Really! These minor changes then 10 all round

Disappointing and not relaxing. The room was lovely, but needs a tea tray!

This is difficult because double en suite room was lovely bright clean and very spacious .BUT read the small print (unlike me) the shared tea making facilities is a BIG NO there is plenty of space in the room to have your own tea tray. We was disturb by our neighbours making early morning drinks and I'm quiet sure we disturb them. I didn't feel I could make tea whenever I wanted too, so this wasn't a relaxing stay. Plus additional £10.00 per night to use the kitchen.

The description is all wrong, It states Entire Apartment, to me that means bedtoom bathroom kitchen area sitting room. But then in other description it says Double en suites. You claim on room description Entire apartmennt kitchen, fridge and microwave???? Not in our room or apartment as you call it. Shared tea making facilities (to nosy also neighbours used all the milk!! Additional £10.00 per night to use kitchen. All the above is such a shame because the room and setting was beautiful.

Comfortable room and convenient for our visit to elderly relatives.

Exceptionally clean, the carpet and bedding were spotless. There is a nicely fitted out, and clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Host was very friendly and helpful.

The shared tea making facilities are extremely awkward, especially when faced with a half dressed guest from the opposite room, not what I wanted to see first thing in the morning. If we had had our own fridge and kettle I would give it a 10.

Great place to stay in Northamptonshire. Would highly recommend it.

Hosts communicated very well, were very friendly and most welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great walk-in shower. The location was perfect for us to visit family, quiet and in beautiful countryside. Close to amenities like grocery store, pubs and local attractions.

There was nothing not to like. Kitchen was at the bottom of the stairs and shared with other suite, but that was not a problem

Great host. Well organised. Lovely country location but within easy reach of Wellingborough town

Well equipped accommodation in a lovely location. View from our room was over the garden, which was unkempt but countryside view beyond nice. View from the other room is probably better as it faces the road and fields opposite.

Shared tea/coffee making facilities a bit awkward. Some cobwebs above curtain rail that had obviously been there a while (we would expect occasional spider's web in a country location like this)
