Not good value for money and subpar facilities

The bedroom was big and there was air conditioning.

This property is not good value for money. First of all the apartment was very dirty, especially the bathroom where there was hair on the floor which were not mine, mould on the walls and on the curtain. The toilet was stained. There was at least in bedsheet in the living room wardrobe that seemed to have been used. The kitchenette was old and tiny. The fridge was very old and rusty inside. The air conditioner may have been good and working well but the smell that came out of it meant that it has not been maintained for a while. In the bedroom there is a broken plug with all the cables in the open. This is a major heath and safety issue which has been mentioned by others but the owners have not taken care of it. In the toilet / bathroom both drain cups are broken, the one outside the shower is completely missing and thus there is a hole on the floor which was covered by the bathroom mat. The only reason I realised it was because i stepped in and fell down. Paying almost 70 euros for an apartment in this condition is a rip off and I don’t think it should be offered for short stays as there are major health and safety issues which can cause accidents.

Very friendly hosts, and overall if these small thighs get fixed it will be good value for money!

The location was nice, it had an elevator, and the hosts were very friendly did not ask for additional fee regarding the pets and the cot. We respected that a lot!

The first day the hot water either wasn't enough for all, either it was not working properly, so we couldn't wash the baby, the bathroom needs some attention, and there was a broken plug at the wall which could be dangerous and should be fixed asap.

Το χειρότερο διαμέρισμα που έχω μείνει. Το θέλαμε δίχωρο με καναπέ να γίνεται κρεβάτι και ο καναπές ήταν σταθερός. Η καθαριότητα εντελώς απών. Πρίζα γυμνή δίπλα από το κρεβάτι. Στη τουαλέτα δεν πήγαιναν ούτε γύφτοι. Το πουρί της βρώμας ορατότατο. Κουρτίνες ξεκρέμαστες. Πραγματικά σιχαινόμαστε που ακουμπούσαμε. Μακάρι να μπορούσα να ανεβάσω φωτογραφίες.
