Beautiful place

Wonderful place, great location, quiet, wide, very close to the sea. There is a free beach and also organized one very close to the hotel. Very clean and well maintained space. Nice and quiet beachfront property.

The accommodation is located right next to the beach, which is what we were looking for. There is also a nice sea view. It's very quiet, far from busy streets and it has a great yard that's maintained daily. I really appreciate the hygiene and the house keeping, everything is cleaned daily, sheets and towels are changed regularly. You can really see that the owners are invested in providing the best experience. Konstantinos is an amazing host. Overall, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and everything is as described on Booking.

Everything was wonderful - large terrace with sea view. Beautiful view and kind hosts. Our dog felt great too. Great internet. Clean and well maintained place. Thank you!!!

Stavros hidden treasure

Amazing location next to a free public beach, lots of greenery all around, a barbacue place and lots of seating for bigger groups, very clean rooms and also functional with kitchenette with electric stove and plates/pots/pans/silverware. A very cool and pretty unique feature was the balcony which was all around the room, with table and chairs and had a seaview. The landlord is extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff is extremely polite, the maintence of tbe object and the garden is executed to a very high extent. The view is beautiful from every position to the mountains full of life, the sea and the city of stavros. The residents are very polite, very good maintance of the enviroment, good service regarding the horeca business entities. Animal-friendly enviroment. The cleanliness of the Sea and the air as well as the air temperature is unbelievable. The places to visit very near Stavros are beautiful regarding the historical monuments, cultural and religious object. To sum up I recommened maritsa rooms and the city of Stavros to everyone. It is truly a place where true beauty of life can be experienced.

Poor Wi-Fi coverage in our room, no shower stand or cover, only one bedside.

Good accommodation in Stavros ,Thessaloniki

The room was clean,with a small kitchen and a renovated bathroom. It had a spacious terrace with sea view. The garden was beautiful with a barbecue corner and a lot of parking space. The wifi was free and full of service.The owners were more than friendly and the overall feeling of our stay is only positive.

The bed is not really comfort, but the second night I think was better than the first one,probably I started to get used to it😄

Superb

Just across the street of the long sandy beach, offering choice between organized beach bar or free area. It is remote from the hassle of Stavros centre, still only 15 minutes walk along the seaside alley to get there. The hotel is very nicely maintained and extremely clean. Has great garden and barbeque area available for all guests. The host Konstantions is available with his help or advise for anything that the guests might need. Pet friendly and free parking adds to what made us fully satisfied with our stay there.
