Possibility for walking to the center of the town for 20 min. Bikes are available. Separate beach at the camping with little stones in the very clean sea.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, the rooms are much smaller than the photos and one of them is a transitional room, with a small window that opens onto the neighbors' yard and is absolutely unusable. Also, the house is located on the main road and is very noisy and dirty.. Unfortunately, a new building was being built next to the house, which we were not informed about in advance. The construction work started every morning around 8 am and we had no chance to rest. The noise and dust from the workers, trucks, excavators and concrete mixers were terrible and we had to stay with the windows closed all the time, nor could we use the garden of the house.

Good value for the money, would visit again

It was lovely. There is a pool and a restaurant. The staff was great. It was clean and they changed sheets and towels every 3 days. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for families with small children. They also clean the pool in the evening and morning. The beach was close but the town was a bit far to walk to, still it was perfect for us.

The gate is open all the time and there was a big dog that came in the yard. It was mostly nice but it did eat out shoes which the owner refunded. I have a phobia of dogs, but the owner managed to remove the dog for the time we were there. Oh and the pillows were very thin. Other than that it is great value for the money we paid.

After a day of travel, it was a relief not to worry about finding a place to eat. The restaurant served up some delicious dishes, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to dine within the property. You get a flawless internet connection available throughout the property. Although our stay was brief, we could sense that Stelios House has the potential to be a tranquil and budget-friendly base for exploring the beauty of Asprovalta and its surroundings. In conclusion, if you're looking for a peaceful and budget-friendly retreat with excellent internet connectivity, Stelios House is worth considering. Its serene ambiance and on-site facilities, including the pool and restaurant, add to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

The room had a terrible smell

The garden is nice and the location was suitable for us too.

The air in the room smelled awful and nothing could improve that. Air conditioner didn't help, fully opening the windows also didn't help. It was almost unbearable to breathe and if we had another choice, we would have left.

Easy check-in/check-out. Small, but very convenient room with all the things you need. The family which managing the house are very friendly and helpful. The garden are nice and very convenient. The parking is on a safe place in the backyard behind the house. I really recommend that house to everyone.

Too noisy because of the passing cars on the main street which is on front of the house, despite the garden in the middle. Mosquitoes are everywhere. When you get a shower or using the sink the floor of the bathroom become too wet. Some kind of mop is highly needed because of the mess you will reach as soon as you start using the bathroom.

Superb

We spent only four days at Stelios House, out of the seven nights booked, as a result of an unwanted event in our family in the country, which forced us to leave earlier. But while we were here, everything was OK, we had a small studio, with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, where we had everything we needed to spend a pleasant stay. The hosts were up to the task, we even received free craft beer from them (very good, by the way). We had a parking place in the courtyard of the pension, which is large enough for all guests to have parking. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. In the immediate vicinity of the guesthouse, there is a market, where you can make the necessary supplies.

Maybe for some people, the fact that the distance to the beach is about 600-700 m, may seem unpleasant, but for us this was not an impediment, on the contrary, it gave us an extra motivation to move. Only the distance to the city is a bit bigger, harder to walk for some, but for that, one can use your personal car or the bus ... :)

Домакините са много любезни и отзивчиви. За втори път сме там. Стаите са чисти. Ако не търсите някакъв лукс, то в хотела има абсолютно всичко за да се чувствате добре. Любимото ни там е, че има колела, които може да вземете безплатно, като гости на хотела.

Няма нещо което да не ни е харесало.

Smeštaj koji nikako ne mogu preporučiti , srećom korišten samo za jedno noćenje

Vrlo malo stvari mi se dopalo. Čisti peškiri ....

Očekivali smo korektan smeštaj i terasu , dobili smo smeštaj u pomoćnom objektu , sa improvizovanom terasom minimalne površine , sa malo trave i biljki odvojeno od parkinga . U smeštaju nije bilo mesta za stol , tako da smo morali biti napolju , bukvalno na parkingu . Nekoliko ratobornih mačaka je na sve načine pokušavalo ući u smeštaj, u auto, na stol ..... Mogućnosti smeštaja su se svele na mogućnost da se skuva kafa , sve drugo je bila improvizacija , kuvalo je bilo postavljeno na frižider itd., itd.

Salteaua neconfortabilă. Un pic mai multă atenție la curățenie , în special la baie.
