I don't want to come back there, next time I will sleep in the car

Not sure what to like, that it had a roof maybe

The apartment is small, the bed is for a small kid not 2 persons. The name lux is in the name of the apartment does not have nothing in common with the ap. It's far from the city, is small, the bathroom is a joke and it's crazy expensive for what you get... if you can choose, please choose something else

The kindness and hospitality of the host. Sincere interest for customers. Accurate and correct information. Very prompt response to messages from the host. Easy access to the entrance keys. Parking in front of the apartment. Excellent location. Gas station and supermarket very close. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, air conditioning system included. Is clean and tastefully decorated. I was only in transit, but definitely when we transit again we will rent this whole apartment. I will also recommend it to all my friends traveling to Greece and back. Thanks for all Vasia

Great stay and great communication with the owner

The property is in a quiet area, just a 5 min walk from the city center and it has all the things you will need for a short stay. Communication with the property owner was very good, we received great instructions about the self check-in and was really helpful in general.

i don’t know if it’s a non-smoking property or not but in the kitchen was a persistent cigarette smell

It is a cute and convenient apartment, fully equipped , all of the small things are calculated, the owner is very kind,we wrote to him about a little problem and he came back to us in a minute .The location is excellent especially for people with a car,there is a free parking

Small, but very well designed, equipped and maintained ground floor apartment. We stayed only for a night, but found available everything necessary for a much longer stay. Location is also really nice - close to the town center, but in a quiet and calm area. The nearby restaurant is also worth mentioning.

Not downsides by themselves, since those are pretty specific, but worth a note: -.the small WC/bathroom could prove a challenge for heavier built people; - the sofa in the living room is quite hard, so not really suitable for side sleepers.

Value for money in a good situation with tiny bathroom

Clean, spacious, close to the city center, available parking, polite hostess, value for money!

The bathroom is very very small (thats the main reason for the lower rating). For a night would be fine, but for longer stay it is an issue

We've spent just one night in the apartment. Everything was perfect. Very easy to find based on the owner's detailed directions. Spotless clean. Fully equipped. Great taverna near by. We will definitely be back if we pass through Serres again.

The place is lovely, cozy studio on the ground floor, just enough to accommodate our family of four. Very clean, designed with care, space is used very efficient. We enjoyed the coffee in the morning as well. The host is very responsive within minutes,, the information provided is very clear. Thank you for that. The location is very good, close to a restaurant that we knew and enjoyed in the past, good food, good prices, nice terrace and perfect to walk and have a drink without driving. Good value for money, will surely return on our way to the islands, in the future.

Everything was very good. The bathroom is a bit tight for our tall family 😁 but the rest of the apartment has a high ceiling.

Curat, elegant, cu tot ce ai nevoie. Paturi confortabile, am dormit foarte bine. Ușor de găsit, la parterul blocului, aproape de vamă, restaurant unde se mănâncă foarte bine și ieftin, aproape de locație. Noi am fost în tranzit. Proprietarul foarte amabil. Mulțumim frumos ! Recomand .
