Propreté, très propre - le parking est un plus mais difficile pour garer la voiture s’il est suv
L’équipement est vieux - nécessite un investissement par le propriétaire notamment les lits. Pour une famille de passage avec des enfants en bas âge cela peut être complexe jusque il y a beaucoup de bruit dehors car c’est un rez de chaussée au milieu du parking. Les voisins passent régulièrement

Parking available, a little difficult with big car, but manageble. Really good communication with the owner, he is available for any questions really fast.
Nothing notable, maybe the bathroom is a little unconfortable, but no real disconfort.

Very good access from the highway, not too much walking distance to the city center. Private parking space, everything you need, even a dryer and washing machine / dishwasher. Very good communication with the host.
Bedroom was a little bit noisy with the parking lot just in front of the windows. No big hassle
