For BGN 2400/month there are much better options in Sandanski

We visit Sandaski every year and try different places. The location of Didi's House is nice and the host lives beneath. I have no clue why people rate this place so high. For the money they charge, there are really much better places for rent in Sandanski.

Everything in the apartment is old or replaced as cheaply as possible. The place is more like a storage for old junk from the owners. The master bed is broken, there are cob webs everywhere, throughout the apartment there are typical there-I-fixed-it repairs, the shower curtain is a meter away from the shower, the shower head holder is broken, the bath tub is rusty which is covered up by a carpet, the AC from above is constantly leaking water (drip-drip) on a parasol on the balcony, the kitchen has 1,5 old pan and the rest is useless, cooking is not advised. A curtain needed to be replaced, because it did not cover the window, the next curtain covered about 80%. This could have been done in the preparation. Of course this will be noticed, so why bother guests with this? Wifi: The wifi signal probably comes from the owner's apartment and is so bad, we turned it off and used the provider's signal instead. Fortunately I did not bring any work with me. Conclusion: the owner may be nice, the place is central, but this place needs a serious upgrade, comfort improvement and thorough cleaning before anybody should come back. Guests are not expendable dummies.

Nice place with nice host

Good location, spacious, have sun in the morning on the balcony and in the living room, equipped kitchen with everything necessary to stay as you were at home. Didi has been wonderful, helped us whenever she can. She even lent me her warm jacket when the weather got colder! We really enjoyed our chat with her.

Nothing really that we don’t like. Just want to share with future travelers that the kitchen is on the hill side, that means there is no natural lights throughout the day. May feel bit cold but there is heater.

El apartamento es muy espacioso y cómodo. La habitación principal y el salón son muy grandes. La cocina tiene una sala para comer. Se puede aparcar en la puerta. Aire acondicionado / bomba de calor en todos lados.

La ducha no traga, sólo se ha podido duchar una persona por que se ha inundado el baño. Las teles son muy antiguas y no son smart tv, con lo que solo se pueden ver canales locales. No hay paellas, solo ollas.

Το οίκημα είναι παλιό και όχι ολοκληρωμένα ανακαινισμένο. Η είσοδος ήταν πολύ άσχημη και χωρίς δυνατότητα πρόσβασης σε ανθρώπους με κάποια μικρή δυσκολία σε σκάλες. Η περιγραφή είχε πολλές ανακρίβειες, κυρίως σε παροχές ευεξίας και στην περιγραφή μπαλκονιού και ταράτσας.

Всичко е прекрасно, уютно, чисто, изключително просторно, близо до парка.

Паркирането на улицата е само около съседните къщи, няма място пред самата къща, съответно има доста коли и не винаги има място, както и имаше случаи на пререкания със съседите. Малко по-далеч от къщата обаче има паркинг в синята зона и там е доста по-лесно спирането.
