Brilliant modern and convenient apartment

This is a brilliant apartment when it comes to value for money. It’s located in a building with a reception area and plenty of available facilities including the pool and massage therapist (both at an additional cost) and just a 5 minute walk to ski rental companies and the gondola to the slopes. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, with everything you need for a week self-catering. I particularly love the size of the bed (MASSIVE) and the balcony for sitting with a coffee in the morning/evening among the snow (pictured).

One towel for a week stay is a little unfortunate. The bedclothes aren’t large enough for the bed. If you’re a light sleeper, dogs bark all through the night (no fault of the owner, and luckily I’m not a light sleeper so didn’t bother me as much!). The TV’s don’t have the best signal, and one issue which I can pinpoint for the apartment owner; two mouldy out of date pizzas were left in the microwave oven from the previous occupants, an oversight in the cleaning/guest turnaround.

It's scary not to go near the place

The truth? What is there to ask, what did we like?? The room was not clean, sheets smelled of sweat. My wife slept in the living room, without sheets, poor thing, she was cold. Parking????????????? We had a huge problem, a huge story, including police intervention Basically?? They blocked our car, and didn't want to release it until we called the police. That all took a long time, almost two hours. When the police arrived? They wanted to arrest the person who owned the hotel if he didn't move his car that was blocking the road. And he fought with them and with us like a criminal. In my opinion? You are not allowed to go near this hotel. Be careful, don't get too close, it probably belongs to the mafia.

Totally recommend for all peace and quiet lovers!

I really loved our stay at Belvedere Holiday Club. The location was excellent, close toe verything we wanted and needed, but still quiet and relaxing. The pool was exceptionally clean, and the water quality stood out. The key handling process was smooth and effortless, with no standard checkout required. And the host was very kind and understanding. When we requested a few changes and had a few demands (which they were not obligated to oblige), the host approved quickly and without any issues. Totally recommend to anyone who appreciates peace and quite!

We didn't like to be in an apartment where we have to pay for pool use every day. Although that was mentioned after we booked via message, it was still not the most comfortable experience, especially with the staff coming every 30 minutes asking to see the proof for payment. The staff was the only thing we disliked during our stay, as they made us feel unwelcoming. A bit more warmth and attentiveness would’ve gone a long way in making the experience even better. Still, despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend Belvedere Holiday Clubm especially if you’re looking for a clean, well-located place with a flexible check-in/check-out process and a responsive host.

Terrible experience

I didn't like anything

First room was dirty but the second one was better. The balcony door wasn't closing properly. The door handle fell off, the sofa was unconfortable as well as the pillows. All accesories were from Temu. The pool was very dirty, afterwards i had to go to the doctor, there was a lot of ice outside on the sidewalk. The toilet had some problems, it wasn't flushing properly, it made a strange sound and it was very small. Overall it was a terrible experience, i don't recommand it.

I liked everything: position, short walk to the gondola, facilities, easy self check-in/check-out, clear instructions sent by the host, clean, big enough.

Excellent Budget Ski Trip

Location was perfect. 5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins walk to the Tsakiris ski rental and a further 2 minutes to the main gondola area.

I think it is intentional from the city but there are no Mcdonalds or Burger King or KFC. Basically no american fast food.

Good value for money, cheep but not too comfortable or nice

The room is spacious, kitchen well equipped, more then less was clean, close to the ski center and restaurants. Good value for money despite all negative overall.

The overall look of the buildings, most on the outside looks like needed maintenance, also inside the heating system was noisy, also in the bathroom the toilet was noisy, the bed not comfortable, all facilities were extra charge - attention- I was booked in a private apartment- it is possible that in the standard hotel rooms to be included. The roof of the building we were accommodated was broken and needed repair. The view near the hotel not too nice, there were some new buildings in n construction that looked like on hold or abandoned. Overall, I would not stay there next time.

A nice ski holiday

The hotel is conveniently placed, central and near the gondola. The services inside the club are good. We did not use the spa as we preferred to go to thermal clubs outside. The apartment is well furnished and had also some coffee caps near the coffee machine. There is a paid parking near the hotel (15 bgn per day) but also plenty of space outside the hotel premises which is free of charge and nothing different. The breakfast we never tried because in the skiing days we were waking up too early and in the others, too late. The rooms are well heated by 2 electrical heaters, and also a smaller one in the bathroom. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and big. In the bathroom we had a very useful washing machine and even washing liquid for our cloths. A big plus for this.

One surprising thing is that there were no shower gel and shampoo's in the bathroom. The other less pleasant detail is the coach in the living room, It is not at all comfortable even for 2 children and the part that is extending it easily separates from the main body and it creates a gap during night time. I recommend the replacement with a new one, more comfortable.

fair price, super location, good facilities and easy access to extra services

The apartment was close to the gondola and also to the city center with several supermarkets nearby. You had access to private parking lot and also to the Spa. You paid separately for these services but still it was nice to be able to have them. The apartment was clean and fully equiped with hairdryer, iron, towels, bathrobes. The kitchen had microwave, stove, oven and all the kooking tools you need. Nice view from the balcony also.

The bedroom had a very noisy radiator. We could’t sleep with it on so we had to unplug it over the night therefore it was chilly especially in the mornings. The balcony door even fully closed alowed wind to pass through it so it was a bit cold especially for our friend who slept in the living room.

Small but extremely comfortable and beautiful apartment. Furnished with style and a sense of beauty and harmony in gold, white and black. At the same time, it is pragmatic. You won't miss anything. We liked that everything is done digitally, from self-check-in to check-out. You don't have to meet anyone—a very peaceful and secluded place. Everything in the complex is paid separately - parking, swimming pool, and spa treatments. But this does not diminish its merits. Wonderful. We highly recommend it.

Pleasant

sofa bed was very uncomfortable. lack of cutlery, glasses and pans. shower cubicle didn't drain properly. shower cubicle leaked or floor drain overflowed. Overall the apartment is a good size, nicely presented and value for money. The location is also only a five minute walk to the gondola. Beware the long waits for the gondola though!
