Good value

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, very close to the gondola, and the area is quiet. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. The heating was excellent, and the hot water was so hot that you had to be careful—it could get boiling! Everything was clean.

The only downside was the mattresses, which could be more comfortable; however, this wouldn’t stop us from coming back. As a personal preference, replacing the vertical blinds with curtains and drapes might add to the coziness. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Fantastic and clean accommodation which is perfectly located!

Best location possible; 3 minute walk to the gondola, bars, restaurants and shops (some even closer). Ivan was very helpful and prompt in responding to requests.

The shower turned very cold after 3 of us showered, leaving 2 of us to have a very cold shower!

Spacious, well equipped, good location.

The apartment was quite big, we could cook, there was a washing machine, there were stores, restaurants nearby. The house is close to the mountains, not in the historic region of the town, the parking was easy.

There was some gutter smell coming from the drain, but after we put something on it to the drains, it was okay.Also the water heater was a bit noisy, so we had to close the doors for sleeping.

Location is superb, 5 minutes to the gondola Restaurant nearby The apartment was big, cozy and warm

The bed sheets were not changed, or at least not cleaned enough. I found hair in the bed sheet, on the pillow and on the blanket. I think they forgot to change them. They were also very old. I will add pictures. Also in the kitchen the coffee mugs weren't cleaned, they had lips marks.
