Worth money for budget travel oriented for outdoor activities

Excellent location, the room have a good space, a lot of wardrobes, drawers, etc to put your things. Hosts are friendly. Arrival time is flexible

poor wifi connection in basement, there were several accounts available with connection constantly jumping from one to another. Unfortunately I could not used streaming, my device requires lengthy reset when switching wifi point :(. Wet floor in bathroom after each shower for long time. I think if the host provides mob or cloth, it could be resolved easily.

Perfect for a sky holiday when you hit the slopes all day.

Location is perfect! 2 minutes walk in sky boots to the gondola station.

The communication wasn't so good. Nobody answer the phone listed on Booking. I wish we had more details about how to get to the office for check in. The heating is made with an electric radiator. In the bathroom is very cold. Missing a mop there so that you can clean the water.

The property was very close to the gondola.

I was told it was a large studio with a kitchen, the kitchen consisted of a double electric hob, fridge and kettle. We had to pay an extra 180lev for this. When I complained I was told I should have said something on day 1. On day 1 we didn’t cook or use any facilities as we were so tired from travelling. The so called kitchenette was very poor not even a decent knife. I said I would pay half the extra cost as I had only received half the facility. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the bathroom shower leaked so flooded floor every day. Very tatty and old apartment. The staff were very rude, ignorant and extremely in-friendly, bordering on aggressive.
