Cozy Flat with Pool & Mountain Views, Near Gondola by Flat Mаnаger

Great apartment, clean, worm and have everyting we needed. Apartment is located in main building so have direct access to indoor pool which was great as we were with kids. Great communication with owner. Few minutes to gondola ski lift.

We had problem with internet connection but in the end everything was solved.

The wifi in the hotel as well as the apartment were good - but you can find this anywhere in Bansko. The couch seems to be new.

Terrible management, only communicated via messaging and they rarely checked it. I waited 2 days for the response about parking. I got yelled at by the hotel staff when I followed the management’s directions on where to park. The aircon is only by the couch, not in the bedroom. The walls are very thin with a screaming child next door. So I had to sleep on the couch the whole week due to how hot and loud the room was. I do not know if the bed was comfortable. The cleaning supplies (mop, vacuum, broom etc) are all in the bedroom and bathroom, not put away. And no one cleaned or replaced towels or linens for the entire week I was there. The pool is fine, but only 4 umbrellas so shade is unlikely. This apartment is directly above the pool’s snack shop so can be loud when guests are there. There is no laundry and they will not provide a sink stopper (I asked and they said no). The location is fine, about 15 min walk from town center. You could find closer for sure. You can also find cheaper/ a better value.
